*Hehe this is based off of the Rose and 9 scenario in the BadWolf episode, Big fan of that ep*
"We're going to die, we're actually going to die," Rory mumbled to himself.
"We're not going to die," I shushed him. The cybermen stood in front of us, weapons aimed.
"We can talk this through, can't we?" I asked.
"You will be upgraded," one of them replied.
"I will not," Y/N laughed nervously.
"You will be upgraded or you will be deleted," it repeated, turning its gun to her. She raised her hands, tripping backwards. It stepped towards her and in turn she took a step back.
"Leave her alone," I yelled, but it was too late. It shot her. Her body crumpled to the ground.
"You. Just made a very very big mistake," I sneered "Come on guys. Were going with," I took a step forward as they began leading us away.
*Your POV*
I tried my best to stay still until they were out of sight and once they were I dragged myself off the ground. I looked down, noting the blood that had pooled around me. I turned, limping my way to where the TARDIS had landed only a few hours earlier. I stumbled and fell before pulling myself back up again, pain slowly ebbing though my abdomen.
I pushed the TARDIS door open before tumbling in. I stood up, only to fall again.
"Guess we're staying down," I mumbled crawling to the console and the hatch that lay underneath it.
"Come on old girl, help me"
*The Doctors POV*
"Do you have a plan?" Amy whispered.
"I'm coming up with one, at this very moment," I replied.
"We're going to die," Rory mumbled for the thousandth time today.
"Rory, I really need you to shut up!" I snapped.
"Doctor. Are we going to make it? Tell me we're going to make it!" Amy begged.
"I don't know. They're going down one way or another. Whether we make it or not," I spoke "but I will my best to get you out of here,"
"You loved her didn't you?" Amy whispered.
"So much, so so much," I smiled sadly. She walked to me, enveloping me in a hug. The tears started streaming down my face "I'm so sorry. This is my fault, I got us stuck here,"
"We are going to die here aren't we?" Rory asked, looking at the cybermen that stood guarding us.
"I will get you out of here," I promised. I turned to the cybermen with a devilish grin forming on my face "we will not be upgraded". I pulled out my sonic screwdriver, putting it to the chest of one of the three cybermen. It shut down, dropping its gun. Amy quickly grabbed it, shooting the other cyberman. Rory scooped the other gun up, holding it out in front of him.
"Come on," I said walking down the hallway, quickly making my way through rooms. Amy and Rory shot cybermen as we passed them. We burst through a large pair of double doors leading to a larger room. Amy and Rory immediately started shooting the cybermen that surrounded us. One by one they fell until there were too many and they began firing back. Everything seemed to happen in slow motion, the bullets flying at us and seeming to hit an invisible wall and disintegrate. I stared in amazement. One by one the cybermen disintegrated in a very familiar golden glow. I spun around and standing behind us was her. Y/N. Her eyes glowing bright gold. My face fell but I ran to her. The world was collapsing and the only thing that mattered to me was that she was still alive. She had been shot, I had watched her fall.
And just as the Phoenix
Rose from the ashes
She too rose
Returning from the flames
Clothed in nothing but her strength (you get the point)
More beautiful than ever before
All the cybermen were gone.
"Y/N what are you doing?" I whispered, taking her face in my hands.
"I'm saving you, the man I love," she smiled at me.
"You looked into the time vortex,"
"I'm in so much pain, Doctor. Please. Make it stop. Make it stop," she begged. I pulled her into me, smashing my lips into hers. The golden light left her bodies in waves entering my eyes, and soaking into my skin. I pulled away and she collapsed into my arms and I sank down holding her to my chest.
"Why do you always do stuff like this?" I spoke out loud to her, even though she was unconscious.
"All of those people out there are alive because of her," Amy said to me.
"Yes, yes they are," I smiled at the sleeping girl in my arms. I picked her up and turned to the other two "lets go," I turned again and began walking outside.
We made it to the TARDIS and I brought her to her room and laid her down on the bed. I brushed the hair out of her face.
"Doctor," she whispered, her eyes opening a little.
"You need to rest," I smiled at her.
"Doctor. Im sorry,"
"Don't be," I kissed her forehead. She grabbed my shoulders and slowly pulled me down, as if to give me time to pull away if I wanted. I sunk down attaching my lips to hers.
"I love you, Doctor," she whispered.
I love you too, Y/N,"
*I have so many of these from when I was like 15 lmao*
