Prompt #59 #83 - Your POV
One of us is going to have to go in there and turn it off ourselves,” I said “but how?”
“Well, you sneak in, past all of their guards, and press the big red button,” the Doctor replied.
“Big red button, do you really think they’re stupid enough to put a big red button that’ll destroy it on there?” you asked your hands flailing.
“It’s quite possible,” Jack cut in.
“Tell me what to do,” you sighed.
“Like hell I’m sending you in there!” the Doctor exclaimed.
“Why not? I’m just as capable of doing it as you are!”
“That’s not the point, the point is, this plan is crazy, and I can’t take any chances of losing you Y/N” he argued back.
“If the plan is so crazy then we shouldn’t do it,” Jack once again put in.
“Well SOMEONE thought it would be a great idea to throw our backup plan off a bridge,” the Doctor said, dragging out the ‘someone’.
“It was on FIRE,” you emphasized the word ‘fire’.
“Fine. Yes it was on fire. We’re going with this plan and I’m doing it and you are going back to the TARDIS,” he said pointing in its general direction.
“I most certainly am not,” you stomped your foot. The Doctor giggled a little bit.
“What?” you said bitterly.
“You’re cute when you’re mad,” he laughed a little more.
“Yeah? Well I’m about to get really adorable,” you responded.
“I know you are. Jack go to the TARDIS, take her with you, kicking and screaming if you have to,” his smile fell and he turned away.
And he did, within seconds jack had you over his shoulder, carrying you.
“You idiot! You’re going to get yourself killed! You moron!” you yelled “Please,” your voice cracked. He stopped and turned around.
“I am coming back to you, I promise, I always keep my promises don’t I?” he smiled at you.
*Wow. Ding dong. Time skip*
“God, he’s so stupid!” you yelled pacing around the TARDIS.
“Y/N stop, you’re making this worse,” Jack put his arm out to stop you from walking any further.
“I know, I just, he never listens to me, yet he always wants me to listen to him,” I said.
“I always listen to you,” a voice came from behind you. You spun around.
“Yes, it was dangerous, yes it was stupid, yes you were probably capable of doing it, but I wasn’t going to take the chance if you weren’t,”
You clenched you fist “You’re stupid,”
“You love me,” he replied holding out his arms.
“Oh. Good lord,” I said running and hugging him “You scared me so bad,”
“I know. But I’m here now,” he kissed the top of your head “and I’m not going anywhere,”
