Stan sat in his Spanish class with Clyde next to him.
"Buenas tardes, vamos a estar leyendo este libro, campo de fresas; necesito que todos lo compren quando puedan. si no pueden por qual quer razón, asegúrate de decirme y te saco una copia antes que comencemos de leerla." the Spanish teacher explained as she held up a book.

Stan leaned over and whispered to Clyde,
"Hey.. think you can get it for me? I'll pay you back. "
     "Why can't you?"
"I'm waiting for my card to come in, I lost my other one." He whispered, gaining a nod from his friend. "Thanks, dude."
"Just be sure to pay me."
     "I will, I will."
"Good." Stan leaned back up into his seat, their teacher moving in from the book to the lesson for the day.

"¿Quién me puede leer esto?" The teacher looked around the room, scanning the students, a few who seemed to coward back into their seats while others tried to hide their faces. Clyde raised his hand. "Ah, Clyde?" she calls out.
"¿Son drogas, no? em... ah- ok, ok."
"No temeos mucho tiempo," she says a bit impatiently.
"ok," Clyde stared at the board. He understood the main topic at least, "no lo sé" he spoke up again, his teacher letting out a sigh.
     "ok, entonces, Stan?"
"em... El abuso de drogas... y los sintomas físicos." He stumbled on his words but managed to make out the topic on the board.
"Gracias Stan." she smiled before she started talking again.

Clyde glances over at Stan, trying to get his attention.
"psst... Stan" Stan hummed a response, "if you're so good at Spanish, why don't you try going for Native?"
"Because, Clyde, I'm not fluent, and I still struggle with it?"
"Yeah, but you're way better than everyone he—"
"Señor Donovan. ¿Quieres explicar la razón porque estás hablando durante mi lectura?"
"Em..." he stammered a bit embarrassed as he looked at his desk, "Le estaba... pregunta a Stan si me puede ayudar en una... pregunta de la tarea, no quería entregarlo sin haberlo.. cumplido." He explained as he thought for the right words to say. She looked over at Stan as if looking for confirmation, who just nodded his head. She seemed to buy the lie and nods.
"Bueno... si eso es... tomen media hora para terminar la tarea y hacer preguntas si no entienden." She sighed as she set her marker down and went to sit at her desk, some of the kids seemed relieved at this, while others just took it as free time and got on their phones.

hi, uh... I know this is short, but I kinda wanted to throw in Stan's Spanish class cause I don't know what else to do 😭
anyways, you can take this as an actual chapter or as a filler. Translations will be in the comments <3
