"Rise and shine, sleeping beauty~" Yume's voice pierced the quiet of the morning as she unceremoniously yanked the covers off Hina's body. The sudden rush of cool air made Hina groan in protest, curling into a tight ball in a vain attempt to preserve what little warmth remained.
"Go away," Hina mumbled, squinting against the bright rays of sunlight filtering through her windows. The sunlight bathed the room in a gentle heat, though not nearly enough to replace the comfort of her stolen blanket.
"No can do!" Yume chirped, completely ignoring Hina's plea. "We need a girls' day! You've been roughed up these past few days—no offense—but what you need is a day full of pampering, cocktails, and, of course, some quality relaxation time." Her excitement bubbled over, punctuated by a playful clap of her hands as she bounced in place.
"I'll relax more if you just leave me to sleep," Hina grumbled, rolling over and smacking her lips together as if that alone could dismiss Yume's infectious energy.
"Honestly, you look like a complete mess," Kuina chimed in from her perch at the edge of the bed, an amused giggle escaping her lips. Hina didn't even bother looking up; she could already feel the judgment in Kuina's tone.
Hina, ever unbothered, wiped the dried drool from the corner of her mouth and scoffed. "I look amazing in the morning, thank you very much. I don't know what you're talking about."
"That's debatable," Kuina retorted with a teasing grin. "You look like you wrestled a wild animal in your sleep." Her eyes darted to Hina's hair, which stuck out in every possible direction, a frizzy testament to her restless slumber.
Hina groaned louder, burying her face into her pillow, only for Yume to tug at her arm. "Come on, lazybones, you have no idea what we've got in store for you today! We're starting with breakfast—thanks to a very cute errand boy who's bringing it up to us—then we're hitting the pool for cocktails and sunshine. Tonight, we're going all out! Clubbing, dancing, drinks—you name it. Ann, Yuto, and Hiroshi are all joining us!"
Hina lazily lifted her head, blinking against the brightness. "Do I really have to? Sounds exhausting."
Kuina smirked, undeterred by her friend's lack of enthusiasm. "Oh, and did I mention that I may or may not have convinced Chishiya to come?"
At that, Hina sat up straighter, her expression incredulous. "How the hell did you manage that?"
Kuina's lips curved into a smug grin. "Let's just say I owe him a big favor now. But it'll be worth it—trust me! The more, the merrier, right?" She clapped her hands together before physically dragging Hina off the bed and nudging her towards the bathroom. "Now, go fix that hair of yours and get dressed! We've got a full day ahead, and I refuse to let you waste it. Plus, we're giving you a cute makeover before the night out. Who knows? You might get lucky~" Yume wiggled her eyebrows suggestively, laughing when Hina shot her a tired glare and slammed the bathroom door shut.
