The air was thick with tension as Ye Xing Si stood in front of his stepbrother, Fu Yong Jie. His eyes filled with determination and sadness, he knew what he had to do. He had to leave, he couldn't stay here any longer, not after what had happened.

But Fu Yong Jie wasn't going to let him leave so easily. He pleaded with Ye Xing Si, begging him to stay. "You don't have to go, Xing Si. Just stay with me, please stay here with me," he said, his voice filled with desperation.

Ye Xing Si shook his head, tears welling up in his eyes. "You don't understand, Fu Yong Jie. I can't be here, I have to get out of here. Please, just let me go," he said, his voice trembling.
But Fu Yong Jie wasn't giving up. He yelled at the top of his lungs, "I DON'T WANT YOU TO LEAVE, PLEASE STAY. STAY BECAUSE I LOVE YOU."

Ye Xing Si was taken aback by his stepbrother's outburst. No one, not even his own family, had ever expressed their love for him so openly. He felt a pang of guilt for what he was about to do.

"But I can't stay, Fu Yong Jie. You're the only one who has ever loved me, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm not worthy of that love. I will only cause pain and hurt to those who care about me, and I can't let that happen to you," he said, trying to hold back his tears.

Fu Yong Jie's face softened, and he spoke with a gentle tone, "But I do love you, Xing Si. I have loved you since the day we became stepbrothers. My love for you is true and real, and I want to spend the rest of my life showing you how much you mean to me."

Ye Xing Si's heart ached at his words. He knew that Fu Yong Jie's love was genuine, but he couldn't bring himself to accept it. "I appreciate your love, Fu Yong Jie. But it's best if you don't love me. Being with me in any way would only bring pain and suffering to you, and I can't let that happen," he said, his voice filled with regret.

Their relationship was complicated, to say the least. They had been stepbrothers for 15 years, and in that time, Fu Yong Jie had developed strong feelings for his stepbrother. But Ye Xing Si was determined to keep their relationship purely platonic to protect Fu Yong Jie from any potential harm.
