Mai and Jade were two guys who met in college. They were both part of the same social circle but never really interacted with each other. Mai was the popular jock while Jade was the quiet and introverted type. Little did they know, fate had something special planned for them.

It was a warm summer day when Mai and Jade bumped into each other at a coffee shop. Mai had just finished his football practice and Jade was studying for an upcoming exam. Their eyes met across the room and they couldn't help but smile at each other.

"Hey, I'm Mai. I've seen you around college. You're Jade, right?" Mai asked with a friendly tone.

Jade was taken aback by Mai's approachability and nodded, "Yeah, that's me. Nice to finally meet you."

Mai couldn't hide his charm and flashed a dazzling smile, "I've always wanted to get to know you, but I never had the chance. Can I buy you a cup of coffee?"

Jade hesitated for a moment but eventually gave in to his curiosity, "Sure, that would be nice."

As they sat down with their coffees, they couldn't help but feel a strong connection between them. They talked for hours, about their interests, their dreams, and their passion for life. They didn't want the conversation to end and before they knew it, the sun had set and the coffee shop was about to close.

Mai walked Jade back to his dorm and as they said their goodbyes, Mai couldn't contain his feelings any longer, "Jade, I have to be honest with you. I've never felt this way about anyone before. You're so different from anyone I've ever met. I don't know what it is, but I'm drawn to you."

Jade's heart skipped a beat at Mai's confession. He had never thought that someone like Mai would be interested in him. He couldn't help but blush as he replied, "I feel the same way, Mai. I never expected to meet someone like you."

From that day on, Mai and Jade became inseparable. They would spend every moment together, exploring new places, trying new things, and falling more and more in love with each other.

One day, on a romantic walk by the beach, Mai stopped in front of Jade and took his hands in his, "Jade, from the moment I met you, I knew you were someone special. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you be mine?"

Jade's eyes widened in surprise and happiness, "Yes, I will. I love you, Mai."
And with that, they shared their first kiss as a couple, sealing their love for each other.

Years went by and Mai and Jade's love only grew stronger. They got married in a beautiful beach ceremony surrounded by their loved ones. As they danced under the starry night, Mai whispered in Jade's ear, "I'm so grateful for that day we met in the coffee shop. You changed my life in ways I never thought possible."

Jade smiled and replied, "I'll always be grateful for that day too. I found my soulmate, my best friend, and my home in you."

And in that moment, with the sound of the waves crashing and the love in their hearts, Mai and Jade knew that they were meant to be together forever.
