I woke up on Zwides chest with him looking at his phone. I shifted away from his warm body.

ZWIDE: Good morning beautiful.

NALEDI: Morning.

ZWIDE: How'd you sleep?

NALEDI: Not bad actually, I had a pretty good rest.
I said while getting off the bed.

ZWIDE: Naledi, it's a Saturday. Stay in

NALEDI: I have to catch a taxi to see my siblings and fill them in on everything Zwide. Kore I can't believe it . Our father did that to us,weren't we enough Zwide? Mme waka onale kae when all of this was happening, where were you?

ZWIDE: I don't think your siblings should know about all of this,not until you're all out of danger.

NALEDI: If I'm here safe with you ,who are they with? Who's keeping them safe?

ZWIDE: I'll tell James to keep an eye on them but for now ,come back to bed and relax Mama. Yonkinto izoba right yezwa.

NALEDI: I want to be with them ,I need to help mpho with her school project.
He picked up his phone for a couple of seconds and put it down.

ZWIDE: Done. They're on their way.

NALEDI: Thank you Zwide. Really.
I went back into the warm covers and back onto his chest .

ZWIDE: That's more like it.

NALEDI: What's the next move?

ZWIDE: What next move?

NALEDI: I mean I can't be hiding here with you forever.
I said looking at him and his facial expression changed immediately.

ZWIDE: I don't know Naledi.

NALEDI: What do mean? I have to work ,I have to feed my siblings.

ZWIDE: Don't worry about that. Money shouldn't be what's on your mind right now. I'll handle that.

NALEDI: (I scoff)The last time I depended on a man he left me in a hotel room for his pregnant side chick after he found out I was pregnant.

ZWIDE: Well Mama I'm not like that. You can trust me Naledi. Okay?

NALEDI: I don't know. I don't really have a choice do I?

ZWIDE: You don't.

Silence fell between as I got comfortable on his chest. His hand made its way to my back and tingles went down my spine. Good ones I guess. It didn't feel like any of the times Kopano touched me . I couldn't help but smile like a retard as I thought of how comfortable I felt with him.

ZWIDE: What?
He asked with a smile looking down at me.

NALEDI: Nothing.

ZWIDE: Naledi. Tell me about your baby.

NALEDI: There's not much to tell . I mean it was stripped away from me Zwide. I know I didn't conceive it in the right manner but that doesn't mean it didn't deserve to live.

ZWIDE: You would've been an amazing mother Naledi. I will do everything in my power to make sure that every single man that laid their hands on you will never see the light of day again.

NALEDI: Oh how I wish they burn in Hell Zwide,you don't even know.

ZWIDE: Leave that all to me.

We got out of the bed and took a shower, separately obviously. I went downstairs to find him and his chef discussing of a menu for the day.
