The rays on sunlight began to leak inside the dark room filling it with life. Blocking the rays of light stood a man.

He was tall and built, wearing a full black suit and sunglasses. His hair was slicked back making him look sexier than ever.

He strolled in, his every step sending chills down everyone's spine. He screamed confidence and power, something everyone in that room craved for. Reena's eyes adjusted to the sunlight and she finally got a glimpse of the man that walked it.

" Rocky" she whispered under her breath.

Her Rocky. Her Ashiq. But what was he doing here? she thought.

Rocky walked in and smirked at the look of terror on everyone's faces. He loved the power and authority he held over them. He loved that they feared them. He looked different. He was more dark, cold and sinister. The aura around it had changed rapidly. It screamed power. Power that he had over everyone and everything.

He could see the silhouette of a girl standing in the corner of the room. He guessed that she was Desai's daughter. Due to the lack of lights he couldn't see her face properly. He didn't even bother wasting time talking to her or introducing himself so he just walked right passed her and onto his mighty throne.

Reena wanted to scream and run into his arms. But she held her composure as her fiancé and dad were also present. But she was extremely happy that she was able to see him after so many months.

"Please god may no more heads roll off in order to get this throne" he sarcastically said while taking of his glasses and sitting in the all gold throne, adjusting his suit.

It didn't take Reena long to connect two and two. He was the ruler of KGF. So his mission was this, she thought. She was conflicted. A part of her was ecstatic that he came back to get her. That he kept his promise. But another part of her was scared and sad. Sad that her dad despised Rocky and scared that they had planned to kill him. But at the end of the day, she can never go against her father, so all she could do is just pray.

"Hey hey hey, please sit. Fear and respect should be kept in your heart. All are one" he said signalling everyone to sit.

Reena also wanted to sit but one look from her father was enough to keep her planted to her space. Everyone sat down and they heard his voice.

"They built this room very well, hey why are you all dull. Don't worry your in safe hand. I'm only new to this place, not to this field. Ill take your company name to great heights. For that I need I need your co operation, patience and blessing. That's all."

"Hey do you think this is some sort of game, every time someone dies, for the next one to just take his place. Our fathers gave birth to us to save the company they spent generations building. Not to just watch some outsider come take our place" Kamal growled, emphasising the word our as if he owned the place. Reena was tired of Kamal's talk about how he was so much better than everyone else. She glanced back at Rocky, rolling her eyes.

However Rocky held a cool face. He chuckled at the look of fear on Rajendra's face and turned his attention back to Kamal.

"Nepotism, why is our country become like this. Wherever I look its recommendation, domination, influence, fathers name, family name. What will the poor people do in this state. What will the people that work hard do in this case. What will the guy that single handled chopped of someone's head do in this state."

His voice had changed now. it was more of a roar that echoed through the large room sending shivers down everyone's spine, including Reena.

"Merit. I came here on merit. Don't I deserve some respect too? Your fathers did everything well but they only made a mistake on one thing. They gave birth to you all in my lifetime. Ill keep ruling and you guys can sit and watch" he said mocking everyone on the room.
