Chapter 11

It was a new day and Reena was feeling a little better since last night. Today was the day she would finally talk to Rocky and get her answers about the whole entertainment situation. 

She got ready, did a light makeup and brushed her brown locks, leaving to lay on one side. She wore a simple light blue lehenga that hugged her curves perfectly. She made her way downstairs to the kitchen and was greeted by Mallama. 

"Good morning Akka, are you hungry. I made some dosa for breakfast" she said. 

"Good morning. Actually have you seen Rocky anywhere I was hoping I could have breakfast with him today" Reena replied. 

Mallama stared at her like she had grown a second head. 

"No he already left to the mines early in the morning" Mallama said. 

Reena sighed in disappointment. She had her breakfast alone in silence. After breakfast finished she made her way to the garden and settled with a good book in hand. She was busy reading when a small group of kids approached her. 

"Hey what are you cheeky monkey's doing here" she asked glancing at the group of boys that settled next to her on the stairs. 

"Naadini we have a question" one of the boys said. 

Reena's eyes popped out there sockets at hearing her new nickname. 

"Naadini, who is naadini huh" she asked.  

The boys all shrugged.

 "You are" they answered in unison. 

"Who said I was. I'm not even married" she replied. 

"Well if Rocky bhai is in love with you then that makes you our Naadini because you will be his wife one day right. Rocky bhai used to tell us that one day he will bring his wife here from Bangalore and marry her in KGF" another boy said. 

She felt her cheeks heat up as they called her his wife. She hid her face in her palms. 

'come on Reena have some composure, god your blushing like crazy in front of these kids, if he finds out about this then he will tease me for life' she cursed herself. 

"Omg your blushing, guys we have to tell Rocky bhai. Come one" the boys shouted and began running towards the entrance of the mansion. 

"Hey come back you monkeys" Reena shouted but it was too late, they were already gone. 

The day was slow to pass, after what felt like years, the sun was slowly setting showing of it orange and pink hues. Reena was waiting at the entrance with Mallama who was cleaning. Mallama noticed Reena glancing every now and then at the entrance of the door as if she was waiting for someone. Mallama was astonished with the change in Reena. Especially after breakfast this morning, she could tell that Reena had a change of heart. 

"Already missing him huh. Don't worry he should be here soon" Mallama teased. 

Reena shot her a death glare. 

"I have no idea who you are talking about" Reena replied folding her arms over her chest. 

"Okay then ill just have to tell him that you wanted to have breakfast with him this morning" Mallama replied. 

Reena felt her face go red in embarrassment. 

"Oh shut it" 

Reena grumbled and ran to her room in embarrassment. Reena decided to wait for him looking outside her balcony. The clock had ticked and it was now around 1 am. Reena dozed off waiting for Rocky and when she woke up she spotted his jeep in the driveway. She made her way outside her room and was met with silence. She stood outside his room door, pacing back and forth. She was debating whether or not she should knock, if he was asleep she wouldn't want to wake him up.
