"The soul that sees beauty may sometimes walk alone." — Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

'OH BABY BABY, HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?' Amelia was currently cleaning the house her speaker on blast as she listened to Britney Spears.

It had been two days since she had last seen Aaron, as he was away on a case. He was currently in Idaho, Aaron had told her they were close to finding the unsub.

She had spent the last two days crying and looking for a new job. She was a doctor. But she didn't know if she still wanted to be a doctor.

"Show me how you want it to be." She sang out loud. Humming some of the lyrics before pretending she was Brittney herself as she used her broom stick as a microphone. "My loneliness is killing me, I must confess I stil-"

Her voice was cut off by the music stopping as her speaker died. "Shutting down."

Stupid speaker! She thought to herself.

She was cut off by a knock that sounded to the door. She knew she did not look presentable, maybe if she stayed quiet the ordinary would go away. The knock sounded once again as she groaned looking at herself in the small mirror that was placed in the hallway before heading to the door.

She opened it to a man. "Hello." He said.

"Hi?" He held a package out to her.

"Delivery for, Aaron Hotchner?"

"I'm his wife I can take it." She smiled noticing he didn't have a regular delivery man uniform on. Then again, Aaron was the profiler, she was not.

"Great!" The man said cheerfully. Amelia took the box from his hands. Noticing how light it was.

"Thank you."

The man turned around and left quickly as he came.

Amelia closing the door after him. She walked to the kitchen counter and placed the box on it.

Then she decided to call Aaron. She pulled out her phone and rang her husband.

"Please leave your message for-"

She hummed as it went straight to voicemail which meant he was on a plane back. She headed to the kitchen looking at the box on the counter.

No.

She told herself. You shouldn't open Aaron's things.

She sighed as she began preparing dinner. Finally having dinner with her husband was a special occasion.

Time passed and before she knew it her lasagna was ready.

Amelia paused as her phone began to ring.
