"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."— Walt Disney

"JACKSON GIEDON HOTCHNER YOU GET YOUR BUTT DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!" Amelia called from down the stairs.

She stood in her scrubs as she bounced her baby girl, Elle Hotchner, on her hips.

"Jackson!"

"I'm coming mom!" Amelia sighed as she heard the door slam shut as her little boy ran down the stairs.

"Hey no running!" Amelia scolded shaking her head. Jack slowed down his steps as he reached his mother's side.

"Sorry." He spoke looking down.

"It's okay honey, I just don't want you to be late for your first day in kindergarten." She gave him a big smile as she lifted his head placing a kiss on it.

Jack pushed her away slightly as he wiped her kiss off his forehead. "Mommy I'm too old for kisses."

Amelia gave him an offended look. "You aren't too old for anything, and don't you dare wipe my kisses off." She placed another kiss to his forehead before she grabbed his hand.

"Why didn't you put on the shirt I put out for you?"

"It was itchy." Jack said leading to Amelia to sigh.
"Come on go put your shoes on." She nudged him towards the closet Jack nodding as he placed his backpack to the ground and grabbed his shoes.

Amelia continued to bounce the baby on her hips before she headed towards the kitchen placing her inside her high chair which caused her begin to whine slightly.

"I know Ellie mommy just has to make sure Jackie has his lunch." She began preparing his lunch.

Amelia paused as she felt a tap on her waist causing her to turn around and look down. Her eyes stopping at her son who looked down disappointingly.

"What's wrong?"

"Can you help me tie my shoes?" He asked her embarrassingly.

Amelia placed a hand on her hip before she smirked slightly at him. "I thought you were too old. You know cause old people know how to tie their shoes." She said leading Jack to huff as he crossed his arms around his chest frustratedly.
