"Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage." —Lao Tzu
A/N Skipping some episodes because I'm working on season three!
AMELIA WAS ON A CALL with Aaron as she waited for the results to her test. It wasn't a pregnancy test just yet, but she was testing if she was ovulating.
"Honey." Aaron spoke into the phone on the other side.
Amelia hummed not answering as she watched in anticipation.
"Relax okay? Try not to get so tense." He did his best to try and calm her nerves.
Amelia sighed. "I know Aaron I just, I'm so angry for you! And I really really want this test to come back positive so something good comes out of today."
"Let's hope I don't lose my job today."
Amelia groaned. "Don't think like that and don't be afraid to defend yourself! Erin has no right in thinking you're not fit! You're one of the best profilers ever, and you guys have been through a lot in the past couple of weeks."
Aaron sighed on the line. "I know honey, that's why I'm worried. These months haven't been the smoothest and I'm the only one who got the evaluation."
"I'm sure everything will be okay, I don't think she'll fire you especially since you've been nothing but supportive. She's just being rude since I didn't accept her job." Amelia said as she tried to lighten his mood.
She heard her husband chuckle lightly as she cheered inwardly to herself. The two continued their call until Aaron spoke up.
"Honey, I have to go, but thank you for lightening my mood." Aaron paused on the line. "Wait, the test, is it positive?" He asked anxiously.
Amelia had completely forgotten about the test. "Oh! I almost forgot!" She giggled as she walked towards the counter. She looked down at the test her smile widening.
"So?"
"Guess who's ovulating!" Amelia spoke excitedly. She could hear Aaron's 'yes' through the phone as she cheered in the bathroom excited.
"Honey I really do have to go but, you really just made my day with that." Aaron spoke softly.
"I'm glad, my job is done." She smiled. "I love you and I'll see you tonight."
