"Then don't play if you're going to be useless," his eyes widen, his pupils dilate as he stares at the girls.

They back off, rubbing their arms and looking away, sensing some discomfort.

"Hey, relax, it's just a game," a blonde guy says, patting his hand on Andrew's shoulder.

Andrew's eyes flick to the hand on his shoulder, still dilated and widened, then slowly back to the guy.

He forces a smile and chuckles, "Thanks, I just really like to win." His hand pats the guy's hand on his shoulder before pushing it off.

The whole group feels uneasy...some give Andrew strange looks, while others move away to stand closer to different group members. I just stood there, watching it all unfold.

He scans the other groups planning. "We'll go after group four," he decides, crossing his arms. "Mostly girls who run slow," he nods to himself as if he's the only one planning to play for this group. Everyone stays quiet, just watching. I don't even know what to say.

[Author: Here's how Andrew looks, I didn't add him in the character chapter. Maybe I will...🧍‍♀️]

He fumbles with a necklace around his neck, and I stare at him, then down at the necklace

He fumbles with a necklace around his neck, and I stare at him, then down at the necklace.

Wait, what? His necklace caught my attention.

I squint, trying to see more, but it's hidden under his shirt. It looks like a gift Mya bought Zane a while back.

It was pretty expensive, but during that time, she was with Andrew, staying over at his apartment. She said she left the box on the counter, but it disappeared, and Andrew didn't know where it was.

Maybe he just has the same necklace, and it's a coincidence. Plus, I can't see the whole necklace, but I want to be sure and ask.

"Andrew, where did you-" I begin, but I'm cut off. "Ms. Holt, please come over here," I hear Noah shouting from the front of the gym. I jump. God, he needs to stop scaring me like that.

I turn around, and he waves his hand for me to come over. I sigh and look at Andrew. "Nevermind," I say, and walk over to Noah. He walks into his office, and I follow behind.  As I walk in, a breeze of his cologne blows in my face. It smells nice, not too overwhelming, but nice.

He still has the glass on the floor from earlier today. "Didn't you say you were going to pick it up?"

"Ehh," he shrugs. "Don't feel like it."

He slightly closes the door, not too obvious. He's not going to do you know what, right?

I back away a couple of steps from Noah. He's not that insane to do it here when he has a whole class outside. He walks over to his closet, digging in it again.
