Siya's POV

How can someone look so hot, intimidating but cute and sweet at the same time? Well, the man sitting right in front of me can!

It's been three hours since we came to the library to study. Honestly, I just wanted to stay back in my room curled up in my blanket and sleep. But Sid called me and said he will take me for a bike ride and treat me with my favourite momo from the place that we discovered last week. And I couldn't say no to Sid, especially when he had such a tempting offer. That's how I landed up here in the library.

It's been an hour since Sid started reading a book. I'm a reader and even though I keep telling others not to judge a book by its cover, I myself do it sometimes. The cover of the book that Sid was reading seemed extremely boring to me but he is so engrossed in it. Maybe it's something like the cover of Icebreaker. Looks cute but the content is.....hot. Just like that, the cover of Sid's book might be boring but the content could be interesting, right?

He had his glasses on and damn, he looked devilishly handsome in those black framed glasses. The veins on his hands that were holding the book popped out, just how they describe in the books.

If Sid was a fictional man, I would be on my knees for him.

'You are still whipped for him,' my subconscious mind mocked me.

That's true though. This man right here owns my thoughts, mind, brain, heart, kidney, liver, everything!

'Thoda jyada ho gaya Siya,' my subconscious mind mocked me again.

I pushed all these thoughts away and decided to focus on Sid.

Is this man bipolar? A few minutes back, he had a straight face and now he's smirking? What's wrong with him?

I kept observing his facial expressions. I couldn't help but admire his features. But when he smiled at something that he was reading, I lost my patience and snatched the book from his hold.

"What are you r-," my words died when I realised that he was hiding another book behind the one he held in his hand. I looked at the book and I was too stunned upon seeing what he was reading.

"You are reading Twisted Hate?" I asked and he looked down.

"Why did you hide it behind that boring cover?" I asked and he replied, "Because I wanted to surprise you. You said you love the twisted series. So I decided to read it so that we can talk about it."

His words made me giggle. He indeed is the cutest person I know. How adorable!

"Sid, I really appreciate that you took so much effort. Generally, men don't read romance books," I said.

"Yes but I kinda liked it," he said, snatching the book back.

I chuckled and he turned red out of embarrassment.

"Oh my god! My boy is shy and all huh? Sid, you look cute when you blush," I blurted out.

"Do I?" He leaned towards me and counter-questioned.

Now he is intimidating me. It's so difficult to compose myself in front of this man. My cheeks started heating up.

"Look who's blushing now," he chuckled and moved back.
