Chapter 30: oh god I'm going to mess this up

Bill's POV

Pine Tree went inside the library with the kids. I stayed behind with Pyronica and Rylan on the other side of the door.

"Um Pyronica?"

"Hmm?"

"I need help," She looked at me with concern.

"Is something wrong?"

"What's wrong Bill?" Rylan asked. I glanced away.

"Nothing, nothing is wrong! It's just," I paused. "I want to confess to Dipper." I said quietly.

"Oh my god! Are you serious?" Pyronica grabbed my shoulders, "Dude!"

"I knew it!" Rylan yelled. This kid, they were doing a little dance going I knew it a bunch.

"Shut it! He's going to hear you!" I whispered.

"How are you going to tell him?" Rylan asked quickly

"What do you need us to do?" Pyronica asked right after.

"Well I haven't really figured out any details, that's why I need your help. Can you get Pine Tree away so I can set stuff up?" Pyronica patted my shoulder.

"I'll figure something out." I smiled and nodded. I opened the door and walked in. Rylan had come in unexpectedly and they got scared because of Shooting Star and Will. We managed to calm them down and they had started to talk to both of the ghosts. Pyronica opened the door and told Pine Tree to go to the Training room to help Eightball.

I watched Pine Tree walk out of the room and Pyronica came in.

"That should give us," she paused, "maybe two hours." She said,

"What do you mean?" Ally asked
"Can you guys help me with something?"

"He's going to confess to Dipper!"

"What?" Ally yelled excitedly.

"Pyronica Jones!" I yelled at her.

"What?" I covered my face with my hands.

"I can't believe you." I mumbled. Ally was jumping up and down in her chair. "Slow down Ally!" Leo put a hand on her shoulder and used the other and slowly put it down. Ally did the same thing and took a deep breath.

"Calm." She said smiling.

"What's going on over here?" Will asked. Both ghosts came out and Pyronica stumbled backwards into a wall.

"Will?"

"Pyronica! Hi!" He said happily and floated towards her. She looked terrified.

"What, how,"

"Oh," he laughed lightly. "Forgot I'm a ghost, um. This is awkward."

"Pyronica," I said lightly, walking towards her. "It's okay. Nothing is wrong. It's Will, and over there is Shooting Star, Mabel, Pine Tree's sister." Leo walked over and did the same movement he did with Ally, only with both hands. She took a deep breath but still looked scared. Shooting star floated towards her.

"Hi, I'm Mabel." She told her

"Um, hi?" Pyronica replied hesitantly.

"I'm Dipper's twin! It's nice to meet you." She still looked terrified.

"Pyronica I know this is a lot." Will started to say, "but it's still me," he put his hand over his heart, "just you know, as a ghost." Pyronica gulped but stepped forward looking closely at Will.

"Pyronica?" I asked.

"I'm fine Bill." She muttered while still looking. "You look like crap Will." She told him blankly. He laughed.
