Chapter 16:The boy behind the cabinet

Bill's POV

"I can't believe this." I mumbled, throwing my cards down. "I can't believe that I lost to a six year in poker!" I yelled. Ally giggled.

"I told you I could play." She said. Pine Tree laughed at me.

"Calm down Bill, it's just a game."

"But I lost to a six year old!" I yelled again. Melody and Soos came in and Ally ran up to them.

"Mamma Dadda! I beat Wendy Dipper and Bill in Poker!"

"Did you now?" Soos laughed and ruffled his daughter's hair.

"I guess Mr. Mystery taught you well huh?"

"Soos! Don't encourage this!"

"Let her have a little fun Mel, there's no harm in this, as long as she isn't betting anything then it's fine." Melody sighed.

"Alright, well are you guys done with your game?"

"Yep!"

"Okay well sweetie, pack your stuff and get your shoes on quickly. We're going to leave and live with Dipper and Bill."

"We're leaving right now?"

"Yeah, now go get your stuff and get your shoes on."

"Okay mamma!" She said. Ally ran to her room. Red put the cards back in the box.

"I'm going to get my stuff." She said. "Don't leave without me!" Red yelled as she walked out the room.

"Hey, dude, you alright? You look like you've been crying."

"Yeah, I'm fine Soos it's just um allergies." He looked like he didn't believe Pine Tree. "You know how bad they get." He glanced at me and I shook my head slightly.

"Okay Dude." He said.

"You losers ready?" Red asked.

"We're just waiting for Ally." Melody said. We waited for around five minutes for Ally.

"Okay I'm ready!" She yelled. We left the bucker shutting the door for probably the final time. Soos picked up his daughter and put her on his shoulders. He had one arm around Melody.

"So, where is the refuge?"

"At the Northwest Mansion." I told them. "Let's get going before it gets dark."

Ally's POV because why not?

Dadda picked me up and put me on his shoulders.

"So where's the refuge?" He asked.

"At the Northwest Mansion." Bill said. "Let's get going before it gets dark." Dadda started walking and I glanced behind my shoulders. I saw Leo hiding behind a tree trunk about fifteen Shmebulocks away from us.

C-O-M-E O-N I signed with my left hand. My left hand? Yeah my left hand. Leo followed behind us. I kept looking over my shoulder to make sure he was still behind us.

"Ally, do you see something sweetie?"

"No mamma, I'm just looking at the trees."

"Alright, tell us if you see something cool." She told me. I smiled and nodded my head.

"I will Mamma!" Mamma smiled back at me and held Dadda's hand. We walked for a while and I checked in on Leo every once in a while. Signing to him to keep going and to talk to him. It was mostly letters and I know I didn't spell some of them right but he understood. I hope so at least. I'll have to ask him when we get to the mansion.
