Attempted Cuddles

"Levi?" You peeked your head through the door, not bothering to knock before entering.

"Yes Y/n?" He asked, not looking up and writing on his papers. You furrowed your brows, curious as to why he never told you to knock on the door as he's done every other time before.

"Hey you never told me to knock!" You snickered and quietly shut the door. "I see this as progress."

You walked to behind him, hands running up his arms, resting on his shoulders before leaning down. He slightly stiffened, but starting to get use to the affection he's been given for so long.

Without taking his eyes off the papers, he turned towards your direction and kissed your cheek. "Yeah, me telling you doesn't seem to affect the outcome anymore babe."

Giggling on his neck, you wrapped your arms around his neck and tilted your head to look up at him.

Seeing a slight smile from him, you smiled back and kissed his jaw. You never got tired of seeing his smile, being that he rarely did it.

"My heart," You whispered in his ear, leaving small kisses along the tips of his ears. "If you're not too busy, I would love to be held and whisper sweet nothings to each other."

He immediately stiffened at the request, not knowing how to respond. He stopped writing and you noticed him trying to hide his face by putting his hand on his mouth, his attempt to be subtle in hiding his faint blush.

He looked at you from the side before clearing his throat, placing his hand back to his desk and fidgeting with the paper.

"I-I have to get this done first." He moved his shoulder in attempt to get you off him. Not because he didn't want to feel your touch, but if he gave in to you, he would've never finished his paperwork.

You slumped your shoulders and pouted at him, not wanting to give up just yet.

"But I'm so Levi-deprived," You stood next to him, trying to find a way to get him to be yours for some time. "Hmm, may I at least have a hug from you?" You rested your head on his other shoulder before he let out a sigh, fully turning to you.
 
He placed his hands on your waist, and gradually leaned closer until his head rested on your chest. You placed one arm around his head, and the other along his shoulder, caressing him.

He mumbled something under his breath that you couldn't quite catch, upon asking him to speak louder, you were shocked as to what came out from his lips.

"So soft," He mumbled a little louder, referring to
your breasts. "So soft." He finished with that, leaving kisses on your chest.

You were quick to shove away the shocking feeling and embrace it, as he never showed that kind of affection towards you often. If he did, you knew he was tired and was loosely saying his words that he normally wouldn't say.

You furrowed your brows, and lifted his head to look into your eyes. "Levi?" You pecked his nose. "Are you tired?"

He nodded in response, but that was all you got out of him. Remembering he had work to do, he sighed again and raised his hands to yours, kissing both hands on your palms.

"I have to get back to work Y/n." He said, barely above a whisper. He placed your hands to your side, and his on his thighs.

You frowned upon hearing his words, but understanding, you nodded at your beloved and turned his chair back to facing the paperwork.

He picked up his pen, ran his hand through his hair and began to work on the papers Erwin assigned him. You ran your hand on his back, grazing the uniform he wore.

You grabbed his chin, turning his head to you one last time. "I'll be waiting in the room for you love." You softly grazed your fingers on his jawline, receiving a nod from Levi.

He kissed your hand one last time before returning to his paperwork.  He gave you attention when you wanted it, but also made sure to complete his job.

It worked perfectly for the two of you. 🩷
