Following the history

Between streets and streets, near the coast, Hippo and I spotted Lukia. She was looking at her pearl. It was clear that she had managed to escape Laurent's clutches victoriously.
Was it thanks to Luchia, Hanon and Rina, or perhaps it was her own strength? If it was by singing as an idol, I really will be envious of Laurent. What I would give to get to read the chapter where Lukia shows off her singing outfit, though I hope it's not a recolor of Luchia's.....

—Oh, that's the white prince. –I muttered as I saw Shirohama approaching my sister without her noticing.

—Who? –Asked the little penguin next to me.

—A classmate of Lukia's. He is a friend of Kurosuna's. –We were both hiding behind the wall of a house.

—What are they saying? –The blue bird asked again.

—I don't know. And I'm regretting not having read more chapters, because curiosity is killing me. –I whispered in frustration. –I'm not going to lie, now I really want to read Aqua's manga, but only for the gossip! –I clarified in my mind.

—Eh? Eeeeeeeh?! –We said in unison when we saw how the boy took Lukia's pearl.

Is she crazy?! How could something like that happen to her??? I couldn't believe it. No, better said: we couldn't believe it.
When Shirohama was far enough away, Hippo ran off in the direction of the pink princess. I was a little static with surprise.

—Miss Lukia, how can you think of losing something as important as your pearl?!!! –Hippo reproached the girl.

—You don't have to worry, Hippo. I'll get it back tomorrow in class. –She explained with false confidence, because behind her eyes there was fear and nervousness.

—Get what back? –I asked a bit curious, even though I had heard enough.

—Y/N! –She shouted in surprise when she saw me. –W-What are you doing here? You should be at home... –She commented a bit nervous.

—I'm sorry, but I wasn't going to wait for you to come home. Don't I have the right to go for a walk? Besides, Hippo is with me, even if he's just a penguin, he can do kung-fu flapping his wings. –I joked, drawing a light laugh from Lukia and a complaint from the sailor.

So, the next day, instead of going to my class directly, I went to Lukia's class. –What's wrong, is something going on? –Questioned the bird from inside Lukia's backpack that I was now carrying.

Lukia had specifically asked me to exchange my briefcase for her backpack, just this time. With the excuse that she wasn't going to be carrying so much weight today and didn't want to have to carry the backpack around. Although, both Hippo and I know that the truth was different.
So here we are, hiding behind the classroom door, just like yesterday in the street. Both of us attentive to their short, but clear conversation.

—It really looks like she's going to propose... –I thought with irony. –Oh, they're coming. –I whispered, clutching the backpack to my chest, choking Hippo a little bit.

—I can't breathe, Miss Y/N! –Exclaimed the blue penguin.

—Shhh!!!! –I muttered to the backpack, silencing the creature inside.

Watching the two teenagers pass by, neither of them aware of my presence, I set out to follow them. But, strangely, I bumped into someone.
Kurosuna had come out of his classroom, only to bump into me. For a moment, we both looked into each other's eyes and, without needing to speak, we understood what we had to do.

—Are you afraid of losing your girlfriend, little black prince? –I asked as I followed the boy's step next to me.

—What about you? Do you want to find something juicy to blackmail your sister with? –He answered with the same irony I was using.

—Ha! Can't I be a good sister and care about her? –I commented again, picking up my pace.

Step by step, following the trail of Lukia and the white prince, we both ended up on our way to the pool. There, Kurosuna stepped forward and (rather dramatically) arrived in front of the two "lovebirds".
At that moment, to my surprise as well as Lukia's and Shirahama's, Kurosuna had jumped into the pool, looking for the pearl that had fallen into the water.

—Here. –spoke the amber-eyed one, handing the pink pearl to my sister.

—You do even... –Whispered the other boy.

—Get out of my way, you're interrupting my soap opera. –I said, pushing him aside.

—Sango kick!!! –Sango suddenly appeared next to me and sent a flying kick at Shirahama (who went flying into the pool).

—Well, theory number one proved: Shirahama is not a merman, so he can't be Lukia's fiancé. –I thought, looking like the student in the water.

—I won't forgive you for teasing Lukia!!! –Sango added next to me.

—Well done. –Looking in her direction, I gave her a thumbs up.

—Why do you go so far Ryuusei?! –Shirahama shouted angrily, as he pulled part of his body out of the water

—Why do you go so far Ryuusei?! –Shirahama shouted angrily, as he pulled part of his body out of the water. –Do you like her?! –He added just as indignantly as before.

—I... don't understand my feelings. –He replied. –But... I can't handle the thought of you belonging to another man. –And with that, the young man embraced the girl in front of him.

Faced with such a statement, I could only do one thing. –God, they disgust me. They're so sugary they make me sick to my stomach. –I commented in my mind as I watched the two of them kissing. –Are you going to stand there in the water? You'll catch a cold if you don't get out now. –I said reluctantly to the Japanese.

—Very kind of you, miss. –He spoke, forming a smile on his face, trying to be cool.

—Fuck with my sister again and you'll end up worse off than today. –I took the word again as I helped Shirahama out of the pool, imitating his action and forming a (sinister) smile on my face.

—I understand. –He replied, lowering his head as he began to wring out his shirt, trying to divert my attention from his clear fear.
