As they walked to the open garden a sense of peace filled them both. As tho a missing link was finally found. They walked to a bench sitting nicely on a small built bridge over a pond.

"It's beautiful out here Beau." Ariana said.

"Yes this garden is where I go for some quiet. It's my mothers garden. " Beau replied.

"So this is a special place for you then. I heard of her passing when I was little girl. I'm so sorry Beau." She said placing a hand on his.

Beau patted her hand with a sigh. Looking at her with a soft smile he replied. "This is a place where I don't feel alone. I feel connected here. I'm at peace with my mothers passing I feel her in the wind and when I see a cardinal rest on my window. She's not suffering from her addictions to drink anymore."

Ariana let out a sigh and said. "That was such a lovely way to put that....Beau I know my father told you I'm promised to another. I know we just met and I want peace but..."

"Ariana..." Beau said softly stopping her as she seemed as tho anxiety had taken over.

He softly grabbed her hands and said.
"You aren't property first of all. You are human I'm sorry you are used in such a manner you should be with who you a destined for, you know? Im sorry if that is out of line for me to say . His energy and disposition with me regarding you was off putting."

Ariana replied. "My father simply is a cold man. We came to festival tonight only because he wanted to show he's not afraid."

Beau then said. "Well we certainly are just trying to have peace and not make other nations afraid. Any just leader would agree. I..."

Just then one of Tolkien's Sargents come forward and said. " Princess Ariana your father requests you as it's time for the night to end."

"Well please give me one minute and I will come. Let him know please." Ariana replied.

"Yes Princess." The Sargent said as he bowed walking back to the ball room.

"I'm sorry our time is cut short. I'd like us to meet and talk again." Ariana said standing up.

Beau stood up with her and replied. "I'll remember this time we shared always. I'm always here for you. I will see you."

"But my father doesn't allow me to leave the castle walls without him." Ariana said placing a hand on his chest.

"Beau put his hand on top of hers. "I'll climb over the walls to meet with you. I have good soldiers who will accompany me. When would you like me to come to you." He said looking into her eyes to show he too felt this cosmic force.

"In two nights. Come to me I will leave a candle in my window lit for you. When you arrive I'll be sitting there waiting for you and come down to you. You must be careful as to not be seen. My father will jail you. I don't think it's worth it Beau." Ariana said starting to have an anxiety attack. She didn't want him to be hurt she wanted to see him again it was already to much.

"Breath... I want to see you again I'm very skilled and well trained. I will come to you."
Beau said taking a deep breath.

"Then I will see you soon. I will come down to you and we can talk in my study." Ariana said.

"I will be there Ariana. Let's go before they come look for you again. I want you safe and stress free. I'm happy we had this time." Beau said leading her back inside.

"Thankyou Beau. I will be waiting for you then." Ariana said.

"Ah my daughter, it's time we go now. Please tend to your mother." King Tolkien said gesturing to the chariot outside. Ariana gave Beau one final glance, there energy was cosmic.  She walked off to tend to her mother who was drunk asleep inside. The party was definitely over.

"Thankyou for coming sorry we couldn't come to an agreement tonight." King Montgomery said reaching out his hand to Tolkien.

"I'm sorry as well some things are hard choices I must do what's best for my country. We are looking to be self sufficient. I was open to this to see if I felt differently. I do not." Tolkien said as the pair shook hands.

"I see." King Montgomery replied. He sensed evil.

King Tolkien then turned ignoring Beau completely. Beau felt a sense of rejection but he knew in his head King Tolkien was an unjust man. He would never shake hands with a man who treated a woman like property. Who wanted control. He could almost spit on the ground as he walked away.

"I believe this may be war soon son. The man brings a sense of evil." King Montgomery said as he walked off. He was tired it seemed he was the only king who wanted unity. Beau nodded and walked back to his corridor.

"This isn't goodbye.." Beau thought to himself.

The Tolkiens and there court left and headed back to Slytharian. Disappearing as they went over the hill side. King Tolkien wanted to destroy Narnia. Peace was a myth to him.

"This isn't goodbye..." Ariana thought to herself as she looked at the moon through the chariots window.
