Beau met with Grayson at the back gate that night. Their plan was to ride on horse back to the break of the forest. Tie up there and silently look for the candle light. Gryphons would follow behind.
"We must hurry we have 10 hours till day light." Grayson said holding his horse.
"And two hours to get there!" Beau replied sharply.
They both set out into the darkness of the forest to seek more understanding.
Beau couldn't shake the warmth he felt when Ariana and he locked eyes. His future seemed to have been right in front of him. The what can be. Grayson thought of Jenna's smile. He would rest at nothing to see her. Beau and Grayson, reached the end of the woods and tied up there horses.
"Look there in that tower. You said something about candle being lit for you." Whispered Grayson.
"Yes that's Ariana she told me so. Good eye my friend." Beau replied making his way forward.
As they approached there where several guards outside the walls. It seemed almost impossible.
"The gryphons, are you sure they are coming?" Beau asked Grayson.
"Yes they will be here shortly they stayed little ways back to secure us." Grayson nodded.
The two hid behind a fallen tree watching and waiting for the gryphons. Suddenly a cool breeze hit them both and the push of the wind from the gryphon's wings pushed over them.
"This is where I go my way. Jenna is waiting for me. We will meet back in two hours." Grayson said shaking Beau's hand jumping onto his gryphon.
"Will meet you back here my friend." Beau replied doing the same.
The two took off going separate ways.
"2 hours..." each of them thought.
It didn't seem like much time.
