As Ariana put Tristan in his crib and closed his privacy curtain, Beau opened a letter from King Tolkien. Biblical handed it to Beau secretly when he arrived back at the castle. King Montgomery was aware of the letter and it's contents. The letter had arrived the morning before by a messenger.
Letter:
"Prince Beau,
It has come to my attention you betrothed my daughter. As well as had a son. I am displeased by these events and I'm due time will come to collect my daughter and her child. We will duel to the death. The suitor she had planned to marry has dismissed himself from all obligation. You have dishonored and defiled my blood. I will have my blood returned to my kingdom and yours shall be dust.
- King Tolkien"
Beau looked up and sighed. Tristan fast asleep Ariana began un making the bed. Beau got up and checked the door and windows to make sure they remained locked thru the night. Ariana lit a candle on each side of the bed putting down a glass of water on each side also.
"Coming to bed Beau?" Ariana asked.
"I am yes." Replied Beau blowing putting out his desk candle.
Climbing into bed Beau laid on his back looking at the ceiling. Thinking of how to tell Ariana about the letter. Before he could say anything she could tell he was troubled.
Reaching over and brushing his bangs she asked. "What's wrong honey?"
Beau turned to face her and sighed. Ariana leaned in and kissed him Beau kissing her back even deeper breathed heavy into her. Grabbing her cheek he pulled back and began to tell her about what her father had written.
"I don't want to be the man who killed your father. But I will do what I must to defend this family." Said Beau.
"Your a good man Beau I love you I love my people. Maybe if I return just myself and you keep Tristan safe this will all go away. No more blood to spill." Ariana replied.
"I'd pour out my soul for you I would never allow you to do such a thing. I will duel your father I also expect a Great War. But what I don't expect is my family not being safe." Beau said as he rubbed Ariana's cheek.
"I am happy to be here with you Beau I wouldn't want anything else." Ariana replied.
