Hey guys!
Spring break is about over and I'm genuinely sad for it to end. I was able to take a break from things and recharge my energy for school, getting back some of my sanity that was taken from my midterms. After a while, I realized that I have been constantly working and studying almost to the point of being in an 'endless cycle' , so me and my roommates decided to take a vacation to New York City.
The vacation was garbage. Besides the fact that we got to see the Empire State Building, Central Park, and had some New York pizza by some Italian dudes; The whole city is a mess. I completely forgot which street it was exactly, but we walked on a street that was LITTERED with trash. Actual trash. It was disgusting. One of my roommates also got sick during one of the nights and had some diarrhea, real disgusting stuff. The whole city was overrated in my opinion, I can see why people are moving out of there. Thank the holy lands that I live in Texas, lord knows I won't be going back to New York for a long time.
Overall, I rate New York City as a 3/10. Do not recommend.
Anyways, that's it for me.
