Now on the right side, they were welcomed and signed in as patients by a nurse at the front desk, then escorted to a room by the ordally, everything was the same except it had been cleaned of any blood although some stains were left, the beige drab walls with scuff marks, and paint chips missing, the floor was the original, you can see years of footfall and stains from accidents etc, outside each room was a name card and a clipboard with records.

Mikey walked down and said "this is quite drab and depressing" the florescent lights flickered and the hidden speakers played cries wails and screams, sounds of busy doctors and the insane left quite an impression.

Opening the original room door they looked inside grey walls, call cord for a nurse, an intercom and the plastic partition for viewing the patient that could be covered, a metal bed frame with a basic mattress and blankets, with a cheap pillow. Scanning they found an old desk with a wooden chair, a cheap wardrobe, that had writing and scratch marks on it.

Shivering when they looked into the bathroom and saw a steel sink and a toilet, the ordally explained "showers are communal, so we can keep an eye on the patients" they looked at him in horror when he then said "a nurse will be around to bring you for your canteen lunch. Please enjoy your stay gentlemen" smiling he walked off.

They checked every room, all the same basic necessities but with different scribbles or damage but all uniform, the speakers silenced and a shiver rolled over the men Rin said "is it me or the silence is creepier than the noise?" Mikey says "it's because you become accustomed to the noise, so when it cuts off it jolts you senses" they nod but kept looking around.

They found the day room, old tables, couches and board games, along with a small side corner with books, skimming through the books there are patient names inside, there was a sterio and TV in there. Continuing on they find the doctors office and then the treatment rooms, going in they shiver at the cold sterile feeling inside.

They find a padded chair with restraints and grimace at the scuffed and ripped padding, glass cupboards with tools, needles and vials of medicine, and an electric shock battery with helmet they sneer at that, as they scan around they can see although the decoration is new it looks old and the marks underneath have come through. A nurse comes to them with a plastic smile saying "come along now boys, it's dinner time" they cringe but follow.

Entering the canteen, they see a generic layout table with benches either side screwed to the floor, faded blue walls with faded coloured pictures and a service counter, plastic trays that had partions for different foods, plastic cutlery and plastic cups.

Having the food served they sat a bench table, the speakers played lunch time audio, the food was surprising good, it was just how it was served. As they sat there the boredom set in, they had been here for 3 hours and they wanted to leave Sanzu says "can you imagine having the same routine and places day after day? I am bored already".

Mikey sighs and answers "they locked them here because they were classed as insane, but this sort of life could drive you to insanity", Kukucho looks around and says "I think she needs some actors to play patients, it will bring the busy atmosphere in. Make it more real" Sanzu nods and says "not a bad idea. We have a bit more to see right?" Rin nods and says "yeah, there is the clinic, the mortuary and the bone yard" Mikey frowns at him and asks "why did you call it a bone yard?" he looks at him and said "that's what the map says".

Kukucho cringed and said "fucking hell, show some respect" they all nod and finish their meals, they wander to the clinic, very generic 6 beds looking rickity and uncomfortable cleanosh but in need of repair, a doctors table with patient notes and records strewn across it, filing cabinet and a room with drugs and medic supplies, all pretty normal.

Carrying on they walk into the mortuary, it was ice cold and the walls had water stains and mold, they shivered, an autopsy table with all the tools was laid out, an off white doctors coat on a hook by the door with the body storage which took up an entire wall, dents and scratches all over it, some doors still had name tags next to the door, the lights were bright, but it felt dark in there. Walking to the back room they followed a corridor with body trollies in to a crematorium, just a body sized furnace and urns and the smell of burning and ash.

They finished in there pretty quick, it left you feeling cold and uneasy. Following the map they found a staff room, having a peek they stood shocked, plush couches, coffee machines, curtains, brightly painted it looked clean and inviting, they looked in with sadness thinking the hell the residents are living in a bland dump and the staff get this Mikey growls and carries on walking down the hall.

Walking in to the bone yard they see a wall with thousands of little name plaques, they looked in astonishment Rin asks "how long has this place run? Because that is alot of names" Sanzu replies "we found records going back to the 1930s, that is where we got most of the records nothing new is used" nodding but looking at all the names with a hint of pity and sadness.

Paying their respects to the dead Kukucho says as they leave "I now know why it's called a bone yard. Because that was all that's left when cremated" the wince but nod, slowly walking back to their assigned rooms.

They had their communal shower, with audio to accompany them, finishing pretty quick as the glass window makes you feel violated. The nurse meets them in their rooms a little cup with their meds, she watches as they take them and smiles saying "lock down boys, have a good night. The night nurse is on duty for any problems. Please use the call cord. Sweet dreams" and she leaves.

Closing the door, sitting on the bed and looking out the window, they hear a click now isolated in this room no escape or solace from anyone else. Mikey sat there with wet lashes, feeling the chill of loneliness wash over him.

Sanzu sat on his bed tears trailing down his face my poor Sweetness.

Rin sat at the desk, finger tracing the scribbles of the previous resident tears streaming down his face.

Kukucho sat there, looking around and said out loud "how is she as sane as she is after 12 years of this?" he laid on the bed when the audio started the cries, pleads and laughter of the insane at night.
