Ch 50 Escape Or Death⚠️

Sitting in the prison cafeteria, there was guards standing around on the walkway guns in hand, the hidden speakers played noise, actors played other inmates, the food was authentic prison food, sitting happily you say "I always wondered what prison felt like? I like it" they looked at you strangely, looking back you smiled "it's better than the Asylum yes?" they wince and nod.

Going back to the escape rooms, you split into small teams, you were placed in a group with Kokonoi, Mochi and Takeomi. The three pouted but went in as Ran and Rindou as one group and Mikey, Sanzu and Kukucho in the last group.

In your group you were chained together and one of you had a bomb placed on their body it had a timer of 1 hour which ticked down, you had to find the clues to defuse the bomb or find keys to unchain yourselves allowing your friend to blow up, after you escape, if one of you decided to escape you all blow up.

Once they found out the objective they glared at you Ko said "how do you come up with these sadistic games?" you chuckled and said "broken brain brother" he growls, you all searched for the clues and keys looking at the timer they were sweating and panic was setting in, you obviously knew the correct clues but that was cheating.

The timer ticking was the death inducement here, that caused the panic, Takeomi who was attached to the bomb started to really panic and his breathing became choppy, you watched when this happened it heightened the others panic.

20 min on the timer, their brains started to shut down reason and fear took over 10 mins left and they froze, you chuckled grabbing the clues to diffuse the bomb, the chime sounded as they collapsed panting and sweaty, you hugged them and Take said "take this off Sora please" cringing you did he breathed a sigh of relief, you got them to their feet and led them to the rest room, to watch the others.

Ran and Rindou had a relatively ruthless one, Ran was suspended over a vat of acid slowly being lowered into it real smells of chemicals and a small amount of a panic inducing drug were being released, there was a key in a smaller vat of acid, that Rindou had to grab to save him or he could save himself easily, by grabbing the key in the glass cabinet on the wall. At first they were separated and Rin had to watch his brother panicking and screaming for help, the fear in his eyes was real.

When Rin was let in he was told how to save his brother, but time was limited the timer showed 20 mins, Rin was slightly panicked he rushed to the smaller vat and looked at his brother who's shoes were now slowly dipping into the acid, the sound effects were awesome he actually thought his brother was slowly being eaten by the acid.

Taking a breath he shoved his arm in the vat of acid, feeling the heat he winced at the burn of it, grabbing the key, he winced again, and drew his arm out which had been paralysed, dropping the key, he panicked and picked it up with he other hand, running to him he pulled Ran to the edge of the vat, trying to put the key in the lock with a numb hand and a shaky hand, he kept missing the hole.

Tears were streaming down his face, finally placing the key in the lock it clicked open, Ran slid down and held him as the chime sounded, they just sobbed, watching all this you went "that was quite an ordeal right?" you got glares from the other 3, avoiding eye contact you say "at least it's realistic" they growled.

Turning to the next screen you see Mikey, in a water tube it is locked with a metal bar across the top and it is slowly filling with liquid, Sanzu is chained to a metal rack and Cho is chained to the floor by his ankle he can reach both, but only just. The panic makes you want to save Mikey first, but logic is to save Sanzu who can save Mikey, the timer counting down, the sounds of water and the ticking is great.

Mikey shouts "save Sanzu, Kukucho" he growls and starts to solve the clues for Sanzu's key, he is panicking you can see it, dropping the clues he growls Sanzu shouts "calm down, get it together" he takes a breath, and glances at Mikey tube in the corner of his eye. His breathing picks up but he looks at the clues, sweat trailing down his head.

Finally he works it out and unlocks Sanzu who helps to find the other clues for Mikey, the fluid is just below his chin, you can see the fear starting to take over on Sanzu and Cho's faces as they get frustrated, tilting his head up Mikey says "concentrate and calm down idiots" they take a breath and find the clue looking at where the key is they wince.

Sanzu goes over to the tank that is full of fire ants, inhale shove his hand in with a flinch he can feel crawling and small bites of heat, but her grabs the key while gagging, releasing the lock on Mikey tube he brings him out, when the timer count's faster and the ceiling is lowering on Cho, looking Mikey and Sanzu now have to find the clue and key for Cho quickly, the frustration and fear is real.

The ticking gets louder, and they sweat more time speeds up, breathing heavy they find the clue and look at the key, eyes closed, tears running down their eyes, Mikey jumps in the tube and grabs the key at the bottom, being pulled out he throws the key to Cho who unlocks it while shaking and he rolls out just before the ceiling hits the floor, the chime sounds and they lay on the floor boneless, tears in their eyes.

You clap and giggle saying "that was great right?" turning to see why no answer you are met by 8 sets of angry and frustrated eyes. You smile and say "realistic right?" they all growl and you grin wider, then you jump up and try to run, only to be caught and tickled to death. You scream and say while panting "you didn't use the panic button so it's all okay, right?" sighing they sit and hold you.

Sitting on Mikey lap, they all exhale and Cho asks "where do these ideas come from Sora? They are scary as all hell" you chuckle and reply "a broken brain? And 12 years of solitude" they stop and nod.
