Ch 34 Disrespect Of Death ⚠️

When you pulled up to a graveyard you were quite excited until you saw the damage not natural damage but man made who and why, who enjoys doing this? the sadness was there but anger had started to take over, getting out of the car hearing the words Pinky said but not paying any attention.

Accepting the weapons, your anger has taken over, allowing it you ran off using the shadows for cover you to stalk your prey, not stopping but taking note of the stones and what they represented. Having gone quite far in when you noticed a fire and raised voices sounding joyful, you frowned and growled low and deadly.

Slowly stalking to your prey the fire flickering in your eyes, you eyed them 16 people 4 female, they were making out with the males that didn't overly bother you sex is a good tribute the graffiti and general trash and destruction of family tombs and stones really pissed you off. Watching as 3 of the males grabbed a sledge hammer and smashed a stone, a tear ran down your face listening to their laughter.

You snapped, using the shadows you growled long and loud, the revellers jumped and scanned the area, meeting a pair of glowing blue eyes, that showed them their death was near, they screamed and panicked when a gravelly voice says "you dare to Disrespect Death? Now I shall send you to pay your respects".

Jumping forward you stabbed the first disabling him and the second both had enjoyed destroying that family stone, you picked up the sledge hammer and smashed the third in the chest listening as his ribs snap, they were rabbits all wide-eyed and petrified still. You didn't even enjoy the kill really this was justice for death.

Using the hammer you run up to the next and swinging you hit him full force, sanding him back as his ribs smashed he let out a short sharp screech, and died, you growled and became angrier seeing red the more of the damage you saw you started stabbing and slashing and screamed "why? Why do this to the dead?".

No answer the cries, wails and screams had all silenced you stood there panting, arms came round you holding you close, they removed the knife from your hand and the whispered words started to filter into your head "it's okay Baby Girl, come back Love" you noticed movement around you but it was still shadowy and fuzzy to you.

The presence holding you was safe, and two others were recognised they wouldn't allow the others to hurt you, you started to relax as your gravelly and wet voice questioned "why? Can you tell me why did they do this? Death is sacred to every species and race. So why?" the arms held you closer, the silence was deafening.

A familiar voice answered "I am sorry Sweetness, but I don't know why, boredom has been used as an excuse before" The other familiar voice says "we will sort this out okay Looney Tunes, we will protect this place" your tears stream down your face and you nod Why? Why? Why? Kept repeating as a litany in your brain.

Your vision starts returning and your gaze flits around actually realising the damage done you ask in a calmer tone "do we know the full damage? And can it be fixed? most of these are family stones, but I noticed a few mark mass graves" the arms holding you twitch which causes you to chuckle and say "sorry Darling. You okay?" he pulls you in and says "just don't leave my side again okay Love" you giggle.

A voice answers you "what we can see the damage and destruction is quite extensive, alot are older stones. We will have a look when there is more daylight and see if we can find a traditional stone mason to repair and replace" you look at him and nod a thanks. Making eye contact with your Pinky you ask "do we have the plans of who is where?" he says with a small smile "we will find it okay Sweetness, Ko will have fun doing that"

Giggles leave you, when Rin steps up in front of you leans over and gives you a sweet kiss "we will do everything to protect these places okay Looney Tunes? We will place them under your company and find information on the mass graves, we can open it up as important pieces of history" you jerk and smile big at him pulling him in for a giant hug.

While you are occupied Sanzu pulls out his phone and makes the call when answered he says "Boss, it was bad" a inhale of breath and Mikey asks "how bad Sanzu? And is she okay?" blowing out a breath Sanzu says "alot of destroyed or damaged stones, trash everywhere, graffiti, general disregard for the dead. We lost her for a while the anger took over, she didn't even enjoy the kill" Mikey sighs then states "do everything you can for the place, we will look into all of these small, ancient or abandoned graveyards and put protection on them under her name" Sanzu grins and says "okay Boss. We will bring her back soon" the phone hung up.

Turning back to you, and watching you interact with Ran and Rin he smirked and called out "so what does Death think about Sex Sweetness?" he watches as you pause, blink then reply "it's generally a fitting tribute Pinky. Why?" he giggles and says "thinking about more date ideas, a graveyard late at night?" and wiggled his brows at you. He watched the sadness completely disappear from your eyes as you cackle.
