Ch 84 Deaths Spending Pays Off ⚠️

The night at the hospital was loaded onto the website, the booking exploded, a smirk crept onto your face. You put a notice of work at the new estate hotel, you explained you needed cooks, cleaners, wait staff, a receptionist and bell boys all wearing historical dress.

Kai showed you an email he had received, frowning you read it and raised a brow, saying "phone him and ask. It can't hurt" he nods, having finished most of the work for you today Kai looked at the plans for his clubs.

Looking at the designs you pointed to one, he jerked and asked "why that one?" grinning you say "it gives off the feel of luxury, but also approachable" he hums looking at the others he nods and sends the design he wants for both clubs. He then contacted your Sake man and asked if he would be able to supply to his new clubs, only in small quantities.

The man jumped at the offer, and gladly accepted he said he will send a contract over, laughing Kai thanked him. Ko came in and you both stared at him brains turning trying to remember if you had done anything lately.

He laughed at your expressions and said "I just wanted to say the cards will be ready in about a month" you both sighed out in relief, he left in laughter. Looking at the site you were on a little smirk on your face you say "get ready to run, I am buying this" he leans over your shoulder and grins.

Pressing buy, you both run the lift leaves as a scream echos around the offices. Reaching the garage Kai peels out of the HQ, phones on silent, both laughing like loonatics.

Hearing Kokonoi scream the guys come running and see him sitting in the floor head in his knees and Aoi biting his lip holding back laughter, he beckons them and points at the screen, they do and all wear grins, Sora had just bought a small cruise liner.

Mikey patted Kokonoi's shoulder, and said "I assume that is the ghost ship?" he cries while they all try to hold back laughter. He sniffles "why can't she finish one before buying another? Why?" Sanzu says "no idea, but she makes money, alot of money man" he nods but still sniffles.

He receives a notice of the pre booking for the hospital, Aoi reads it and gasps "um Sir, the hospital is fully booked for 2 months, day passes and hotel stays, also ghost hunting in the unopened morgue" They all startle and Kokonoi looks at the bookings and refreshes the page, he sits looking in shock.

The another notification comes in the cinema tickets are all sold for the next 3 nights, the Asylum is still going strong and the prison is getting regular visits, the worst one is the village, but that is still doing well. He sighs and slumps saying "okay I won't give her to much trouble, looking at the bookings and money made, she is probably on par with me at this point".

They all flinch when Mikey asks "are you saying she makes almost the same as you?" he nods and answered "if she didn't keep buying new things, she would be on par with me capital wise" they gulp then laugh.

Kai and you went to the old estate with cemetery you had bought, looking around some of the items from the museum sale would work in here, Takeshi was there talking to him he said "give me a week and most of the history will be ready to print" nodding then you ask "the email we received any interest?" he chuckles and says "I spoke to them, they will come and visit I will give them a small project and see what they find? Then we will go from there" you nod and say "whatever you want".

He smiles as you both wander around, alot of History here, you go out to look t the cemetery, a few famous names buried, grinning you smile as you wander amongst the stones, arriving in front of a crypt you grin and place a hand on the door.

Turning you ask "do you know who is in here?" he smiles and hands over the list, reading it you smile and laugh patting it you say "thank you, at least now we can preserve it for the future generations" Kai grabs the list and blanched asking "this can't be right? Isn't the whole family buried with him?" laughing Takeshi says "that is what your told, not usually how it goes".

He then laughs with you both. Looking at your phone you wince, then call back "you called?" a growl then a resigned sigh "I understand the purchase, but stop for a while please" you groan and reply "I will, but if I see something cheap I will buy it" he groans but agrees, then you say "I have a surprise for you, look at the photo Kai is sending" you wink at Kai who send the picture, a gasp then "is that real? Cause fuck that's brilliant".

Laughing you say "my spend thrift ways have a way of paying back yes?" a growl "Don't get cocky. When is it opening?" giggling "give me a fortnight, I need staff. The history just need to be boarded and put up" he laughs and says "okay Cutie. Work on your cruise liner next?" groaning you smile and say "yes sir" and hand up to his laughter.

Looking at the two men you all grin and high five each other, Kai says "another mess we have got out of" that sets you all off, walking back to the estate you are met by several men, raising a brow you ask "can I help you gentlemen?" they look at you and cringe, you laugh and say "this is private property, so you better answer soon".

They sneer and the older one says "this is our family home" clearing your throat you reply "was, this was your family home. Now I own the deeds and rights to this property, so you are indeed trespassing" the younger one goes to hit you and you grin, grabbing his arm you break it cleanly, to his screams.

Staring you say "I think you have outstayed your welcome. Leave now or you can join your ancestors" the older man pales and leaves dragging the young man behind.
