Ch 15 Death Has Issue's Too⚠️

Before going home the guys take you to a small family restaurant, you sit looking at the menu Ran had his arm over your shoulders, Tomoe was sat on the table so she could see, finding the kids menu you smile and pick it up, the guys twitch when an image of young Mikey overlaps with you "I am going to get the hamburg steak, a chocolate milkshake and a caramel sundae, it better have a flag" you say mumbling the last bit. The guys snicker.

While ordering Sanzu asks "Could we have a small plate, and cup as well please" the waiter looks confused but nods Rindou leans in to the waiter whispering "Please don't forget the flag on the kids meal, thank you" he nods looking really confused with those extras. The meal arrives you squeal "Yay it has the flag" happy giggles, everyone cuts a small piece of their meal putting it on the spare plate for Tomoe, also a small amount of your milkshake in the cup. Looking up happily, while eating.

Arriving back home, Mikey was waiting "Did you have a good time Sora and Tomoe?" you ran and hugged him nodding, and rambling everything you had seen and done, also about the meal you had and showing him your flag, he smirked at that "Why did you need the flag Sweets?" you look at him smiling "The flag is an object you can take that represents the moment. I can look at this and remember." he nods.
You all call it a night.

The next day sitting in meeting room Mikey says "We have been invited to a party, by one of our clients, I don't like him or his policy's but, we have a good deal, I want you four to go as my representatives" looking at Sanzu, Ran, Rindou and you, tilting your head you stare at your brother "I am not sure that is a good idea? Nothing against these three, but I don't do well with certain people. Yes I would like to go but should I? No no I shouldn't. If you don't mind it becoming a massacre, I will go".

He sighs "I need you to go Sora, you are a genius, I need you to read his motives, there is something sketchy going on and I want answers" you huff out a breath your body slightly twitching from side to side, a body holding you from behind stops it.

Tilting your head back to rest on the shoulder you see pink, kissing his cheek "Fine, but if this is what I think, I will dye the floor red, and dance with Death". "Dance with us first Looney Tunes" says Rin you nod "I don't do dresses, and I need my weapons, plus poison" they stare at you, your brother winces "It's a pool party" said very softly you glare,
Sanzu holds you tighter as you tense, Ran moves your chair squatting in front of you "Okay Baby Girl, deep breaths in count to 10 now let it go"

Rindou says to Mikey "Are you sure Boss?, not going against you or anything but really?" Mikey looks at you then him "No, but I need her brain there, she sees things we don't" head hanging down Sanzu whispers "We don't care what you look like Sweetness, you are gorgeous inside and out, okay" Ran has his hands on your shoulders "It will be fine Baby, you are hot as fuck, OK".

After calming down, looking and keeping eye contact with your brother, ignoring the others asking what the problem is "Okay I will do this, but I will wear a summer dress over it, and I will have pockets in the bathing suit, not a bikini a full suit" Stopping you blow out a shaky sigh and run your hands through your hair "Fucking dress AAAHHHH." They flinch at your scream, clearing his throat "when is it Boss?" asks Sanzu, a quite voice replies "Tonight" silence descends, you stand up kiss the Trio on the lips, kiss your brother on the head and leave to your room.

They just stare at each other, Mikey slams his fist on to the table and screams "Fuck" all the executives flinch he takes a deep breath in "Right, the reason, a pool party is an issue for Sora. I am sure you all noticed she doesn't wear anything revealing? Right she has a lot of burns and scars, they cover quite a bit of her body" Mikey says while running his hands through his hair.

Kokonoi asks "how bad are we talking? Ran answers "burns from feet to just below the knees, and her chest area is full of cut scars and cigarette burns, I also felt small welt like scars on her back." all the guys wince "Do we think the dress thing is because of the scars, or something else?" asks Kukucho
  
Rindou answers "I always thought it was the scars, but that reaction screams something else, the male family member, liked little girls? Do you think it could be to do with that?" there was a litany of growls at that deduction.

Hearing Kokonoi tapping away on his laptop "Okay go to s/n, I have reserved a stylish but conservative swim suit and a cover up, it won't do much to cover the legs, but the body will be covered". Sanzu nods at him "Thanks hag" he leaves to pick up the suit.

Mikey sits in his chair, head hanging down "meeting dismissed" he calls out, after they all leave, he puts his head on the desk, small sniffs could be heard, you walk in go to his side and put your arms around him in a hug, "I'm sorry, don't hate me" was wetly said you hold him tighter "I don't hate you, never will. I have alot of issues and this is pulling up quite a few of them" humourless chuckles "I needed to calm down, love you brother" he sniffles louder "Love you to sister".
