Yesterday, I slept through the whole day. I was just so exhausted.
Now it was Thursday, and I already felt very refreshed.
As I walked to school, I noticed that my grade was acting really strange. They were all really excited of something.
"THE SCHOOL DRAMA" in big, bold letters was in our class. WE'RE ACTING OUT A PLAY??!!
OMG, I SO WANT TO JOIN!!
Then, we saw our homeroom teacher chatting with the school principal. But after a few moments they entered our class, looking really excited.
"Good morning, class. I know some of you are really excited now that the play is going to take place. But can you guess what it is about?" the principal said.
"WHAT?!!?" the whole class exclaimed.
"I'll tell you in a second. But, is anyone absent?" asked the homeroom teacher.
A kid in our class said, "No. Except for Lee."
"Alright. Someone tell Lee, then. And now that everyone else's here, I am pleased to announce that our play will be about..."
The principal grabbed a marker and, very slowly, (in a suspense kind of way) she started writing.
When she finished, she slowly stepped away from the whiteboard, so the whole class could see.
