Imagine:
It's a hot day and you decide to throw a pool party to try and beat the heat. You invited all of your friends and decide to get some water balloons for the party. Once everyone arrives at the party, you tell them to get food and drinks, before heading outside to start filling up the water balloons. While you are waiting for the second balloon to fill up, you feel arms wrap around your waist and a head on your shoulder. You jump at first, but relax once you realize that it's just Bailey. He asks you "Whatcha doing out here, darlin'?" You smile and say "I could ask you the same thing, Bails." He laughs and says "Well, I'm out here because Marley saw you out here and wanted to be by you. I also didn't know where you disappeared to after telling everybody to grab food and drinks." He says this while still resting his head on your shoulder and after he softly kissed your neck. You say in a teasing manner "Are you gonna help me with these balloons or just stand there and watch me do all the work." He laughs and says "You know that I'll help you with them, Darlin'." You turn to face him and say "You'd better." He looks at you with a smirk and says "Oh really, what are you gonna do, if I don't?"
You say "You'll see in a bit, Bails."
He kisses your lips and rolls his eyes as he says "Uh..huh sure I will." He then starts to fill up some of the water balloons and you two end up racing each other on the number of water balloons that you're able to fill up at time, until the container is filled to the brim with water balloons. You guys walk inside to grab some food and drinks, and mingle with the guests for a few minutes. You make sure to grab some stuff for Marley as well, who was trailing behind you into the house. Soon you have the guests go outside to the back yard, where the water balloons were sitting in the middle of the yard waiting for them. You grab the first one on top of the pile and throw it at Bailey , smirking while saying "See, I told you that you would see later, Bails." He was in shock at first, but not for too long because he laughs and then runs over to the pile. He grabs three of them and starts throwing them at you one at a time, while saying "Well, Darlin' I helped you fill these up and you still decide to throw one at me, how's this for payback?" He decides to grab a fourth one and stick in his pocket for later. He walks over to you and wraps his arms around you. He kisses your head and says "I think I went too far, sorry Darlin'." You say "I kinda expected you to have two not three of them and for you to throw them at me and maybe someone else." You grab the second balloon out of your pocket and throw it at him, which causes him to grab the one in his and throw it at you. You grab another balloon out of the container and throw it at him. He grabs another one and misses you by an inch. It ends up being a free-for all of everyone else at the party grabbing the remaining water balloons and throwing them at anyone near them. Bailey decides to use this to his advantage. He calls you over by him and grabs your waist. You think that he wants to either get you with another water balloon or kiss you so you really hope that it's the second one. Imagine the look on your face as he pulls you into the pool with him and laughs as you glare at him once you come up for air. You say as you swim closer to him "Bails, why did you pull me into the pool?" He says "Because I can't do this while we are on land and it was really funny. (You really glared at him for that one) Plus everyone is busy right now with the water balloons which means that I can have a moment where I have you all to myself." He said the last part as he wraps his arms around you and pulls you closer to him. He looks in your eyes and pushes some of your hair out of your face. He can now see that you're blushing at what he said and chuckles to himself before smirking at you. He lifts you up in his arms and kisses you for what felt like an eternity. You guys pull apart when you hear a chorus of groans mixed with whistles, which causes you blush hard and try to hide your face in Bailey's chest. He laughs at this and kisses the top of your head, before he sets you down. He grabs your hand and says "We will be right back with some towels for everyone and some dry clothes if you guys need any." (Ik that it's supposed to be your house, but pretend that he is over a lot, so he knows where everything is.) You tell Bailey to grab the towels and you'll grab the clothes for everyone including yourselves. You guys dry yourselves off and put on your own clean clothes, then bring outside the towels and clothes for everyone else. You decide to go back inside to grab some of the food and drinks to bring outside for your friends. While you are inside, you feel arms wrap around you again and hear a certain voice talk really soft and slow in your ear "You have no idea what you started out there, Darlin'." You smirk and say "Well, we have our friends waiting outside for us to return and I was planning on bringing some of this stuff outside. There is also stuff that needs to be put away before it goes bad because it's already been out for a while now and chances are some of it needs to get thrown away. Plus we need to make sure that Marley doesn't eat any of the balloon pieces that are in the backyard." He says "Let me bring the stuff outside and make sure that the balloon pieces get cleaned up, while you deal with the stuff that needs to be either put away or thrown out, then we can spend some time with our friends before we kick them out and then we get to finish what we started earlier, alright?" He kissed your lips and then your neck, before stepping back from you. He grabs items off the table on either side of you and winks at you before he walks back outside with whatever was in his hands. You blush when he does this and take a deep breath before starting to put the food away. He comes back inside to grab more food and when he does, he kisses the back of your neck, before slowly walking back to the door again with both of his hands full. You hear him tell your friends to pick up the water balloon pieces after they tried to spray him
with the hose as a prank and you laughed right as he walked in the house, now drenched once again. He got the hose away from them and told them that they had to clean up the pieces or else, he was gonna spray them with the hose. He walks over to you and says "Oh you think this is funny, darlin' , how about you come here and give me a hug?" You laugh even harder and say "Nah, Bails I'm good being dry and warm right now." He walks over to you and says "That's too bad, I thought you needed a hug." You wait for the impact of the hug, but it doesn't come right away until you feel it on your back, Bailey hugged you from behind instead of hugging you like normal. You shiver from the cold water now soaking the back of your once dry shirt and pants, making the material stick to your skin and say "Now I'm cold, thanks to you." You glare at him and say "Go change again and please bring me a towel or some new clothes for me with you. I have to continue putting stuff away and throwing things away before I can go back outside." You grab a garbage bag and bring it out to your friends for the balloon pieces and tell them that you should be back out in less than ten minutes and asked if the needed anything from inside the house. They said that they were all good and you walked back inside to continue cleaning up. You feel hands around your waist and a kiss get placed on your head as you grab the last item that had to get put in the refrigerator. You say in a teasing tone, "Look who finally decided to stay in dry clothes, for once." He laughs and says "Both times, it wasn't my fault." This causes you to laugh too and he pulls you in for another kiss, before you guys walk outside to spend more time with your friends.
