Bailey is currently on tour and is missing you a lot. So he checks his phone constantly and has it on him at all times, even when he's performing. Just incase you call or text him, while he's busy with his tour  and when you leave him voicemails, he listens to them to fall asleep, either on the bus or in his hotel room. Even if you don't pick up his calls, he makes sure to leave you a really sweet and long voicemail because he knows that you are doing the same thing.
