Chapter 16: Bulltrap's Warning

Bulltrap watched with growing concern as Talulah filled out the Critter Papers, her cheerful demeanor belying the danger that lurked beneath the surface. He knew that he had to warn her about what was going on, but he also feared that his words might fall on deaf ears.

"Tallulah," Bulltrap began, his voice low and urgent. "I need to talk to you."

Tallulah looked up from her papers, her brow furrowing in confusion at Bulltrap's serious tone. "What's wrong, Bulltrap?"

Bulltrap took a deep breath, steeling himself for what he was about to say. "I think there's something fishy going on with these Critter Papers. I don't think they're what they seem."

Tallulah's eyes widened in surprise at Bulltrap's words. "What do you mean? They're just harmless questions for the project, right?"

Bulltrap hesitated, unsure of how to express his concerns without alarming Talulah. "I...I'm not so sure. I just have a feeling that there's more to it than meets the eye."

But Tallulah's sunny disposition remained unshaken, her optimism shining through even in the face of uncertainty. "Maybe so, Bulltrap. But I choose to see the bright side of things. These papers are giving me a chance to be creative and express myself. And who knows? Maybe they'll lead to something amazing."

"Tallulah, please," Bulltrap pleaded, his voice tinged with desperation. "Just be careful. I don't want anything bad to happen to you."
