After the hour long game, you were prepared to go back to get some school work done.
But alas, it wasn't as you planned at all.
Lucifer came knocking on your room door, asking to meet him at the main door in 5 minutes.
You've never quite so literally drag your body out to meet him.
"OH MAN! Check it out! It's a super- rare magic stone! Ooh, and it's on sale, too?"
Mammon stared into the display shelf from outside the store, looking at Lucifer occasionally to see his reaction.
"WOW, that's cheap!"
"CRAZY cheap!"
"If i broke them into smaller pieces and sold those individually, i'd make serious bank, hehehehe...."
He whispered to you.
"Wait really? Won't the value drop?"
You asked.
"Nah-uh. Not for this stone... wait.. ugh whatever, some other moron will still buy it anyway 'cause it looks good."
The both of you rushed up to Lucifer who had already walked quite far ahead.
"Lucifer, my FAVOURITE big brother! Ya gotta buy that for me! You gotta!"
He looked like a 5 year old, jumping up and down for a toy.
"C'mon, i gotta have it! I gotta i gotta i gotta! If you don't buy it for me, i'm gonna be real saaaad! I'll end up cryin... i'll throw a tantrum... and you don't want that, do ya?"
You shook your head with a smile at his behaviour. He really knows how to annoy someone when he wants something.
But Lucifer continued walking onwards without a care, indifferent to the child who was bugging him.
"Y/n, leave him be. Pretend you don't know him."
You nodded and picked up pace to match with Lucifer.
"Oi-"
Mammon jogged up,
"Lucifeeeerr, come oooon!
I mean how this is fair, huh?! Here it is my day off, and you're draggin me out shopping with you!
And you're not even gonna reward me for it? C'mon you could at least buy me a magic stone... or a hundred!"
Mammon crossed his arms.
Lucifer shook his head and sighed,
"So now you're going to try to get angry at me? As if that would work... and seriously, a reward? What are you, a child?"
Props to Lucifer for withstanding his whines. You couldn't count how many times you gave in to Mammon just so he stops whining.
Lucifer continued to explain the reason why he wanted to drag Mammon out with him.
"Nothing good ever comes from you and Satan when paired up together. Especially since i am the one cleaning up the mess created.
Besides... my big speech is tomorrow. It's almost time..."
But they weren't back to their original bodies, not one sign of it at all.
A familiar frown made its way to the first born's face.
"Doncha think it's about time to give in and ask Satan to do it for you?"
Mammon shrugged,
"You're sorta out of options here. I mean, all ya gotta say is, 'Satan, no funny business this time. Give the speech and be done with it.'"
The second born did his best impression of his older brother in a low voice and puffed chest.
Lucifer glared at him in distaste before answering,
"I have no intentions of begging for his help.
Even if i did do that, i couldn't be sure that he wouldn't end up trying something nefarious anyway."
You and Mammon exchanged a look, thinking back on their conversation in Levi's room earlier on.
"Ya sure about that?"
Mammon asked.
The frowning demon shot you two another annoyed look,
"I am. This is Satan we are talking about. I highly doubt he would simply do as i asked."
Mammon let a small chuckle slip out of his mouth before clasping a hand over it, whispering to you,
"Ya know, i know he's serious and all. But hearing those words come from Satan's mouth, it's hard not to laugh.."
