- Chapter 42: Surprise -

Alastor woke up, seeing the king cuddling close with him. His 24/7 smile softened. He was going to stay with the king for a little more, when he remembered he had gotten drunk last night. If he was with Lucifer right now, that mean Lucifer knows he was drunk. Afraid he might have said something he normally would have kept to himself, he tried getting up without waking the king up, but his ears dropped low when he heard the king groan. He looked down to see the king yawning, rubbing his eyes.

L: "Al?... please stay a little more.."

A: "Sorry darling but I have to get going.~"

Lucifer groaned again, sitting up as Alastor got up and walked towards the closet. He then remember Alastor's little vent last night. He wanted to know whether Eve owning his soul was the pure truth, or not. He doubted it was a lie either way.

L: "Al.. I have a question... It's about last night..."

Alastor froze. He knew he was about to hear something that wasn't pretty. He turned around to face Lucifer, smile still wide.

A: "Yes darling?~"

L: "You told me something about.. Eve owning your soul?.. Is that true? Please don't lie to me..."

Just like Alastor expected. He had said something out of place. He was doomed, and he couldn't possibly lie now.

L: "Al?..."

A: "..Yes... It is."

Lucifer softened his gaze. He got up and walked over to Alastor. He made Alastor's purple chain appear, grabbing it gently. It then disappeared, Lucifer looked up at the deer worried. He hugged him, receiving a hug back.

L: "I can get that deal of yours broken..."

Alastor's eyes widened, his ears rising high. If he had known this sooner, he would have been free from his deal age's ago.

A: "Do it."

Lucifer smiled. He made the contract with Alastor's and Eve's deal appear in his hand. His his magic he burned it. Alastor purple chain broke, and the stiches on his smile broke, his smile (went bye bye) disappeared, and Alastor now had a neutral face. He was free. This time, he smiled willingly, and lucifer Lucifer up, spinning him around (Those princess spins yk?). Lucifer squeaked a bit as Alastor picked him up, placing his hands on Alastor's shoulders, squeezing them for support. When placed down, Alastor bent down a bit, a kissed Lucifer, no warning. This surprised the king, but he melted into the kiss, going on his tippy toes.

Everything was perfect...

Lucifer pulled away, smiling at the deer. He seemed happy his deal was finally over. The king pulled away, excited to gift the deer the gift he had finished a night ago. It had been two months already. He walked over to the desk and picked up a small gift basket, handing it over to his lover. Alastor looked at it confused. He looked at the inside and saw a small radio, one that he was wanting for some time now, two duck that looked like him and Lucifer, and a box of finger. He looked at Lucifer who was giggling.

A: "You sneaky duck.~ You went through my list of radios that I wanted.~"

L: "Me? Going through other people's stuff? Nahh never!"

Alastor placed the bag aside and picked up the giggling king. He started giving him small pecks on his neck as he giggled.

L: "S-Stop! That fucking tickles!"

A: "Maybe that will teach you a lesson to not go through people's stuff.~"

Alastor continued for a few second more. He then stopped placing the king down, who was sighing.

A: "Now, we should be heading down to the lobby for Charlie's trust exercises. After that, I'll be tacking you to your surprise."

Lucifer nodded. Alastor snapped his fingers, dressing them both up in their everyday clothes. He took the kings hand and both left the room.

Even though Alastor was free from his deal, not forced to smile all the time, he choose to still smile widely, not wanting Husk to know his deal was broken. If he found out, he would ask him to break his deal off, saying stuff like it being unfair to have him in a deal, still being "friends", when his was broken.

Charlie was giving some people some blind folds. She had assigned everyone a partner for this trust exercise. She called this, "trust walk". One of them would be blindfolded, and the other had to guide then from the entrance, all the way towards the kitchen. Angel was with Alastor, Husk was with Vaggie, Lucifer was with Cherry, and Charlie was with Nifty. She figured that for this to be more complicated, she would pair people with someone whom they've never worked with before.

The blindfolded people would be Alastor, Lucifer, Nifty, and Vaggie. These people were set on the entrance, and they were spun around 3 times, so it would be more difficult and obligatory to trust their partner.

AD: "Alright then... now take a right- NO LEFT!"

Alastor bumped into a wall. He rubbed his head, growling. Even so, he still kept his smile wide.

A: "Could you be more careful next time?~"

AD: "Sorry Smiles.."

Husk and Vaggie seemed to be fighting and swearing at each other. Husk only focused on drinking, telling Vaggie all the wrong directions. Charlie and Nifty were doing splendid. They were the first duo to finish the trust exercise. Cherry and Lucifer were also ding pretty good. Lucifer accidently bumped into Vaggie once, Cherry giving him a wrong direction, but they still manage to finish the trust exercise in second place.

Finally, after various minutes, everyone finished the trust exercise. Vaggie and Husk had finished last, and Vaggie was furious at Husk, while Husk gave a single shit. Alastor was irritated with Angel. He was horrible with giving directions, but they still managed, somehow...

Lucifer was talking with Cherry Bomb, when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around to see Alastor. He then turned to Cherry, who nodded and left the two alone.

L: "Hey Al, what's up?"

A: "The ceiling."

Lucifer gave a "really" look, while Alastor just chuckled. He sighed and chuckled too.

A: "Any who, I came to get you so I could take you to your surprise, unless you don't want to go-"

L: "Nope, yep. We're going. Let's go!"

Alastor hummed amused. He covered the king's eyes and teleported both. He took his hands off his eyes, placing them on the kings shoulders. Lucifer gasped, his eyes sparkling. he turned around to see Alastor, wit a soft grinned.

L: "Lulu World?!"

A: "Mhm!"

Finished for now, i have a dance presentation today at the theater!! So the next chapter will probably take some time!
