- Chapter 60: month five -

2017...

Alastor was yapping about business plans to Vox, Vox looking at Alastor lovingly. Alastor saw Vox as a great friend, an amazing business partner, but Vox had different thoughts. Vox loved Alastor, it was an unhealthy obsession. Vox didn't know that Alastor never really loved anything like that till this day, and Alastor never knew Vox saw him more then a friend, so he let Vix be clingly and touchy (hugs, pats, etc.)

Vox planned on cofessing his undying love for Alastor. He bought him flowers and a human heart, knowing well is cannibalistic desires. He was for sure Alastor would accept his feeling, due to the body language he saw. He waited patiently for Alastor in an allyway, flowers and bix in hand. He spotted Alastor walking over to him, waiving happily.

Vo: "Alastor! Buddy!"

A: "Salutations Vox! May I know who are those flower's are for?"

Vo: "They are for you! Alastor, I love you!"

Alastor's ears pinned down. Vox held the flowers and box out to the deer. Alastor felt disgusted by this. He pushed the flowers back towards Vox and started to walk away.

Vo: "Wha- Wait! Where are you going?!"

Alastor stopped, as he looked back at Vox. It was painful knowing he was going to have to reject him, maybe end their friendship.

A: "I'm sorry dear! But I'm afraid i do not return the same feelings."

Vox looked at Alastor shocked. He let the flowers and box drop. Anger soon hit him, as he started buffering.

Vo: "How dare you! AFTER ALL THIA TIME! YOU ARE OFFICIALLY MY ENEMY, YOU OLD TIMEY BASTARD."

Vox said as he watched the heartless being walk away. What he didn't know is that Alastor eyes started to fill up with tears. Vox was a great friend, and having him as an enemy for a silly misunderstandment hurt him dearly....

2024....

Five months in. Lucifer's small bump was now bigger. Alastor found himself sitting on the bed next to Lucifer. Alastor was reading his "100 ways to hude a body" book, while Lucifer was cheacking his social medias. Alastor drifted away in his thoughts. These whole to months, Vox had been trying to ruin his family with Misfortune. Alastor eventually killed Misfortune, eating her and donating some limbs to Cannibal Town. She tasted sour, which wasn't really a surprise.

It angered Alastor how Vox became his enemy over a rejection. He couldn't force him to love him, it wasn't his fault he didn't like him back. He would have truly loved it if they stayed as friends, business partners. He remembers after leaving for 7 years, missing the friendship he shared with him. He was stupid, it was a very stupid friendship, but he felt happy. Letting go of a 69 year old friendship was tuff.

Now he shares a company with the Vees, using the same plans Alastor have guven him, except more modern. Alastor sighed, he forgot about all of this 7 years ago, and he needed to forget about it now, as he now had a loving family.

He got and idea. He put his book down on the side of the bed and then gently placed his head on Lucifer's bumb. Lucifer stopped looking at his phone and looked at the deer who was laying on his stomich. He chuckled a bit and petted the deer's ears.

A: "Papa's gonna buy you a mockingbird. I will give you the world. I will buy a dimond right for you, I will sing for you, I'll do anything for you to see you smile.~"

Lucifer smiled. This was surprisingly sweet of Alastor. He kept petting the deer's ears and Alastor rubbed his thumb on his lover's bumb. His grin change, now looking a bit sinful. His horns started growing a bit and his pupils became radio dials.

A: "And if that mockingbird don't sing and that ring don't shine I will break that birdies neck. I'll go back to the jeweler who sold it to you and make him eat every carat. Don't fuck with dad.~"

Lucifer was flabbergasted. Alastor looked up at him as his horns grew small and his eyes went back to normal. He saw Lucifer chuckling. He could sense his nerves and went up to him, kissing his forehead. Lucifer calmed down, now at ease.

A: "I love you.~"

L: "I love you more.~"

A: "I love you most, my poison apple.~"

L: "Screw you."
