Third Person POV
"Dream," George called softly. "Dream..."
The brunette's hands shook as he stared at the pregnancy test in his left hand with two bright, scarlet lines. Positive.
"George?" Dream's voice faded in, his footsteps becoming louder and louder. "George, what's wrong?" He knocked on the unlocked bathroom door.
"C-Come in," George croaked, still unable to tear his eyes away from the two red lines.
Dream pushed the door open and stopped at the sight of his husband sat on the bathroom floor, with the test in his shaky hands. "What's wrong?"
Dream spotted the pregnancy test George was holding. "What's- Oh."
"Yeah," George whispered, a smile splitting across his face.
"Oh my god." Dream gazed at the positive pregnancy test. "You're pregnant?"
"Mhm," George confirmed, his soft smile changing into a wide grin.
"You're pregnant." Dream dazedly sat on the floor beside me. "We're- We're going to be parents, George!" A bright beam crossed his lips.
"Dream, I can't believe it," George laughed. "Look at it!"
"Is this a dream?" Dream asked, his eyes wide and shining with unshed tears of joy.
"No, it isn't!"
"Are we ready?" Dream abruptly asked.
"What? Of course we are. I mean, I'm more than ready. Are you?" George said softly.
"I am," Dream nodded.
"Then we're ready," George smiled, resting his forehead against Dream's shoulder.
-three months into pregnancy-
"Yeah, it's been really exciting," Dream grinned, talking into his microphone as thousands of people eagerly hung onto his every word from all over the world. "It's actually George's turn to stream later; he's out buying groceries right now."
As if by cue, everyone heard the door faintly creak open and Dream froze. He took off his headphones and stood up, making his way to the doorway and yelling, "George?"
George's voice floated up, but he was too far away to make out any words.
After George stopped talking, Dream shot down the stairs. "I TOLD YOU TO CALL ME IF YOU NEEDED HELP CARRYING THE GROCERIES!"
Dream clearly was not letting George do anything that could hurt himself or their unborn child.
-five months into pregnancy-
George tried ignoring the pounding in his head and the pain in his lower back as he walked to the sofa with cramped legs. He blinked hard, trying to shove away the fatigue trying to envelop him, but that made his headache worse.
He collapsed onto the sofa, groaning softly as his limbs found relief in not needing to support his weight and his baby's anymore. George's hand absentmindedly strayed to his stomach as he thought of the unborn baby.
A sudden, soft push against his hand quickly jerked him out of his half-unconscious state.
George's gaze darted down towards his baby bump, and he stopped moving, trying to feel it again.
