Dev Ki Sakshi ~

NEXT MORNING 

Sakshi's Pov: 

I got ready in my green Sharara which is so cute. I sprayed my favorite perfume at the last and headed down the stairs. 

Sakshi: "Ma Kesi lag Rahi hu?" 

Mrs. Sharma: "Bohot Sundar" 

I smiled. 

Sakshi: "Shall we leave?"

Mrs. Sharma: "Yes, your brother won't be able to come he got to go somewhere important he took Naina along with him" 

I nodded listening to my mom. Then the 3 of us sat inside the car and drove to Rajput's mansion. In 25 minutes, we reached there and got welcomed by the house takers. We greeted the family members, and I touched the feet of elders. I got hugged by Dev's siblings and we said hi to each other. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Arav and Ariya why don't you take Sakshi with you and show her around the house?" 

Arav's Mom: "Yeah she'll feel bored with us" 

they nodded and took me along with them. 

Ariya: "This is our living room Bhabhi and there's the kitchen and pooja ghar" 

I looked around and indeed it's really gorgeous. Half of the interior is in mat black which I found insanely attractive. We then moved up the stairs where all bedrooms were. 

Ariya: "and that's bhai's room the last and in the corner so you can have privacy" 

I blushed hearing her. They both giggled seeing my red face. 

Arav: "And these are our rooms opposite of each other" 

Ariya: "Mine is the most clean and tidy" 

Arav: "mine too" 

Ariya: "Aap Arahi thi aaj isliye bhai ne room saf Kiya" 

Arav: "Bohot bolti Hai tu"

I giggled seeing their cute little fight. 

Ariya: "Don't mind us we are like this" 

Sakshi: "No it's fine, I argue with my brother too" 

they nodded. they showed me their rooms and we spoke for some time before Arav said. 

Arav: "Bhabhi Bhai ne Apko anpne kamre mein bulaya Hai" 

my cheeks turned slightly red hearing him. 

Ariya: "Here's bhai's room. We won't disturb you both." 

Arav: "tu kyu excited ho Rahi Hai" 

Ariya: "bhai aap bas chalo" 

they walked away while arguing. I walked closer to the door and knocked on it. After few seconds I heard a come in from inside. I pushed the door and went inside.  The room was in all dark colors, neat and gave off cozy vibes. I walked more inside and saw Dev sitting on a chair and looking extremely handsome even in his causal wear. 

Sakshi: "Dev" 

He got up and came towards me. 

Dev: "Bohot Sundar"

He said while caressing my face and tucking a hair strand behind my hair. I blushed and looked down. I heard a faint chuckle from him. 

Dev: "when did you come?" 

Sakshi: "20 minutes back. I was with Arav and Ariya; they were showing me around the house."  

Dev: "did you like it?" 

I nodded with a smile on my face. 

Dev: "do you like our room?" 

I looked around and said.... 

Sakshi: "yeah it's very cozy and nice" 

Dev: "if you want, we can change the interior" 

Sakshi: "no it's nice this way" 

he smiled gently and nodded. 

Dev: "come I'll give you a room tour" 

I nodded. we held hands and he showed me around. his room is spacious and big compared to the other rooms.  

Dev: "this is our wardrobe" 

Sakshi: "it's very spacious" 

Dev: "mom made it this way so my future wife won't have any problem" 

I giggled. 

Sakshi: "Aap apne Kapde kaha rakhoge?" 

Dev: "itni jaga Kafi Hai Jaan. Suitcase Bhi Toh Hai" 

I once again giggled. We went out of the wardrobe and his room also has a balcony which shocked me. 

Sakshi: "I love having balcony in room" 

he chuckled seeing my reaction. We went out in the balcony and a beautiful view could be seen in the front. the balcony also has a table and chair to sit. 

Sakshi: "it's so pretty" 

Dev: "you liked it Jaan" 

He hugged me from back and I felt butterflies in my belly, and I know my cheeks are already red. 

Sakshi: "Y-Yes" 

Dev: "we can spend as long as you want here" 

I nodded. We stayed like that for few minutes in silence. Then his phone rang, and he answered it.  

Dev: "We need to go down, Panditji has arrived" 

I turned around and once again we held hands and walked downstairs. We touched the feet of Panditji, and he gave us blessing and said we make a good pair. we all then sat down, and the elders spoke with him to fix a date for our wedding. after 20 minutes he spoke. 

P: "We have 2 dates this month and one which is after 4 months...this month's 28 and next month's 17 which one do you want to continue with...both the dates are really auspicious"

Mr. Rajput: "I think 28th will be good" 

Mr. Sharma: "I think the same as well" 

Dadi: "okay then... we'll go with the 28th of this month." 

The Panditji nodded. 

Mrs. Rajput: "finally the date is fixed" 

everyone was happy and his mom hugged me. everyone was congratulating each other. my eyes and Dev's eyes met. I looked away shyly. 

LATER 

It was time to go home. we were exchanging goodbyes and his mom hugged and told me. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Ab Jab Agli Bar Aogi Rajput Parivar Ki Bahu Aur Mere Bete Ki Patni Ban Kar Aana" 

I nodded. before going in the car, I once looked back to see Dev. He smiled and looked at me. I smiled and sat inside the car.
