Dev Ki Sakshi ~

In a while the newlywed couple reached the Rajput mansion which is decorated so beautifully for the welcome of their daughter- in- law. The car stopped and all the family members were waiting for the welcome of Sakshi. Dev first got down and opened the door for Sakshi. He held her hand and carefully made her come out of the car. They held hands and walked inside together. A pot of copper was kept with rice filled inside it. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Sakshi beta Ghar Pravesh karo"  

she nodded and lifted her lehenga a little up and slightly kicked the pot and stepped inside. one more ritual was left which was stepping into liquid red color and making footsteps inside. Dev held her hand for support as she stepped inside the plate with red liquid and made her footsteps on the white cloth. The ghar Pravesh was done and everyone welcomed her with gifts and hugs. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Maa Vo Rasam kal Kare?" 

Dadi: "Hai koi baat Nahi kal kar sakte Hai" 

she nodded and turned towards Sakshi while smiling. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Beta kal 5 baje uthna hai pooja ke liye hm?" 

she nodded. 

Mrs. Rajput: "I know you must be tired but you can sleep later ok?"

Sakshi: "Koi problem nahi hai mummy ji" 

she smiled sweetly at her and nodded. 

Mrs. Rajput: "go and sleep beta you look sleepy" 

she nodded and wished her good night. Dev and Sakshi began walking to their room but on the way, Sakshi stumbled but Dev held her hand. 

Dev: "are you okay Jaan?" 

she nodded and balanced herself. 

Dev: "Wait let me carry you" 

he picked her up in bridal style, she gasped and held onto his shoulders. 

Sakshi: "Dev koi baat nahi mein chal saktihu" 

Dev: "aur koi baat nahi mein tumhe utha sakta hu" 

she giggled. he climbed the stairs while Sakshi stared at his amazing facial features, she was totally lost in them. They reached their bedroom and went inside it was decorated beautifully which kind off made Sakshi blush. 

Dev: "Tum pehel jakar change karlo tumhare kapde rakdiye hai" 

she nodded and went inside the washroom, she first removed all her jewelry, and her hair from the bun she brushed it and then lastly her makeup. she removed her clothes and took a shower then wore a white kurta with plazo and left her hair open. Sakshi then came out of bathroom and saw Dev already changed his clothes into white shirt and grey pants. He saw her and smiled. 

Dev: "Come" 

He tapped the space beside him, she walked and sat there. They layed down faced each other. He tucked her hair behind the ear. 

Dev: "Don't get worried seeing all this...We will take things slow according to your speed hm?" 

she nodded with a small smile. 

Dev: "I will only get close to you when you're comfortable around me... No need to force yourself Jaan, ok?" 

Sakshi: "Thank you Dev... I already feel comfortable around you." 

Dev: "Really Jaan?" 

Sakshi nodded with a smile, he smiled back and kissed her forehead. 

Sakshi: "But we can cuddle right?"
