Dev Ki Sakshi ~

After a few 1 month: 

Today the couple were going to hospital for the ultrasound. They reached and got down going inside hand in hand. They had to wait for 10 minutes till their name was called. Later they went in and were greeted by Dr. Priya. 

Priya: "You must be Sakshi's husband? it's good to see you!! I hope you're doing well" 

Dev: "Yes, I'm fine" 

He smiled at her. She spoke with Sakshi for 5 minutes before taking her towards the bed and making her lie down. 

Priya: "Lift your top please" 

Sakshi lifted her top a little up making her small bump visible, the doctor applied a gel and waited for 2 minutes before starting the ultrasound. 

Priya: "This is your baby Mr. and Mrs. Rajput" 

They looked at the screen and were emotional seeing a very little human growing inside. Dev had few tears in his eyes. He was finally going to become a dad. Sakshi was beyond happy seeing her baby for the first time, she looked at Dev whose eyes were fixed onto the screen. 

Priya: "Do you want to know the gender?" 

Sakshi: "No not now" 

Dev agreed too. Later the ultrasound was done, Priya had a small talk with Sakshi before they went to home. On the way both of them had huge smiles on their faces they couldn't express their happiness. Sakshi leaned on Dev's shoulder; he rested his head on top of her, kissing it. 

Dev: "Thank you for making a dad, I love you" 

Sakshi: "I love you too" 

she kissed his cheek. 

Few Weeks Days Later: 

While Sakshi was in her room, her phone began ringing it was her mom calling her, she picked it up to hear her mom's cheerful excited voice. 

Sakshi: "Kya hua ma aap bohot kush sound kar rahi ho?" 

Mrs. Sharma: "Meri baat sun kar tu bhi kuch hojayegi" 

Sakshi: "Acha? asi kya baat hai?" 

Mrs. Sharma: "Naina ki abhi adhe ghante pehele delivery hui hai, tu bua ban gayi Sakshi!!" 

Sakshi: "Kya? sach mein? kitni kushi ki baat hai!!! mein abhi arahi hun!!

she cut the call and went to Dev who was working in his home office. 

Sakshi: "Dev suniye hume hospital jana padega Naina Bhabhi ki delivery hui hai"

Dev: "Sach? thek hai chalo" 

He took in his car eyes, and they informed everyone, even they suggested on coming. Dev, Sakshi, Arav, Preeti, Mrs. Rajput and Akansha sat in the car and went to hospital. In a while they reached and went inside. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Congratulations!!" 

she said and hugged Sakshi's mom. 

Sakshi: "Congratulations Bhai!! Aap papa ban gaye!!" 

she hugged him, Rudra was stressed but he was now relieved. 

Akansha: "Vese ladka hui hai ya ladki?" 

Rudra: "Ladki aunty ji" 

Mr. Rajput fed everyone a piece of sweet with happiness because he was now a grandfather. The doctor then said everyone can meet the mother and child who are shifted in a normal room. Everyone excitedly went in to see Naina who was holding her baby. Rudra went to her and hugged his wife kissing her forehead, asking how she's feeling. 

Mrs. Sharma: "Apni beti ke bare mein bhi kuch puchle beta!!" 

They all laughed at his caring behavior towards his wife. One by one everyone held the baby cooing at her cuteness. At last was Sakshi, she held her niece admiring her small face. she was feeling happy holding a baby for the first time. Dev was also happy seeing his wife who was looking so cute holding a baby, he stood back of her and saw the baby. 

Sakshi: "she is so cute Bhabhi, she's same as you" 

Naina nodded. The baby then opened her eyes and looked at her Bua with doe eyes. Sakshi gently smiled at her who then smiled back. 

Sakshi: "Oh she smiled at me? Dev dekhiye!!" 

Dev: "Yes baby" 

after a while Dev held her for few minutes. Sakshi was happy seeing him for the first time holding a baby. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Thode mahine mein Sakshi bhi mujhe dadi bana degi" 

she blushed a little. After an hour everyone went away to give Naina some time to rest.
