The Next Day: 

The Haldi was in an hour, hustle and bustle was going on in the mansion, the arrangements were all done. Sakshi entered the bedroom to get ready only to see Dev shaving his beard, she giggled seeing him because he looked a little funny. 

Dev: "What?" 

Sakshi: "Your just so cute" 

she pinched his cheeks, he blushed but maintained his tough guy attitude. 

Sakshi: "Do you need help" 

he nodded. they went inside the washroom and Sakshi sat on the counter of the sink so she could get a better view. She applied the shaving cream and with the brush she applied it all over. Dev thought of getting a little naughty, so he applied a little on her with his cheek. 

Sakshi: "You!!" 

she applied a lot more everywhere on his face, he tickled her and applied it on her face as well. Just like that they played around for a few minutes. 

Sakshi: "Ok now enough, I have to get ready let's quickly shave it" 

He nodded standing still placing his hands on her waist staring at her while she slowly, carefully shaved off his little hair. 

Sakshi: "All done" 

she placed a kiss on his cheek and got off the counter. 

Sakshi: "You look so handsome" 

Dev: "Thank you, doll" 

They quickly got dressed in their outfits. 

Sakshi: "Dev how do I look?" 

Dev: "Very Pretty" 

He kissed her forehead then they held hands and walked down in the garden for the Haldi Ceremony. The function started in no time, loud music began playing and everyone danced and played Haldi with each other. As Sakshi is the Badi Bahu she applied Haldi to her Devar first then everyone else did. After a while the rituals finished, and everyone began playing. Dev was looking for Sakshi only to see her talking with someone else, He took a small amount of the paste in his hands and went to her. When she was done talking with that person, he took her with him inside near a pillar. 

Sakshi: "Kya Hua?" 

He didn't say anything and applied a little bit on her cheek. She chuckled after seeing what he did. Sakshi did a little different from what he did, she forwarded her cheek against his and the Haldi came on his cheek. 

The Haldi function was over, and it was now Sangeet. The Verma's arrived as well. The function began and Dev saw Sakshi entering while talking with someone looking extremely gorgeous. 

He almost couldn't take his eyes off her. Their eyes met and she smiled at him, he smiled back. 

Dev: "You look so gorgeous my love" 

she blushed seeing him staring at her like this. He kissed her forehead Infront of everyone, they all admired the two thinking their made for each other. Then the program began, Sakshi and Dev sat back enjoying the dance of others. 

Sakshi: "Preeti and Arav look good together, right?" 

Dev: "Yeah, it's like they are made for each other" 

Sakshi: "Arav likes her, we can clearly see it, the way he looks at her talks to her" 

Dev: "Apne ne hume kabhi nahi dekha?" 

Sakshi: "Kya?" 

Dev: "Hum bhi bass apko pyaar ki nazar se dekhte hai" 

Sakshi: "Mujhe pata hai" 

He chuckled deeply and pulled her closer. 

Sakshi: "I hope Arav treats her right" 

Dev: "He will, I trust him" 

she nodded with a small smile.
