Dev Ki Sakshi ~

Author's POV: 

Everyone came to the room Sakshi has been sifted too, she was still unconscious while the nurse was checking up on the baby then left to give them privacy. Dev picked up his baby boy in his hands for the first time with moist eyes. 

Dev: "Hey Bud!" 

He gently placed a kiss on his forehead, the boy whined with closed eyes which made him chuckle a little. 

Dev: "Welcome to the family bun" 

He admired his baby which looked almost like him. His brown eyes, button nose, small peach lips. Sakshi then woke up and saw Dev holding their baby. 

Dev: "Hey baby!" 

He kissed her forehead. 

Dev: "you did so good my love, I'm so proud of you" 

she smiled softly. 

Sakshi: "That's our baby?" 

Dev: "Yes it's our baby boy" 

He handed the baby to her; she held him and her eyes moist. 

Sakshi: "Hey bun *giggle* he's so cute like you" 

He chuckled and nodded. 

Dev: "We are mama and dada now" 

she nodded feeling happy. She softly kissed his cheek to which he opened his eyes and looked at his mama then smiled a little later. she chuckled and smiled. 

Sakshi: "I love you baby" 

They showered love on the baby together then all the family members one by one held the baby. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Thank you so much Sakshi, I can't be any happier" 

she hugged her then kissed her cheek. 3 Days later Sakshi was discharged and sent home, everyone welcomed the new family member with many gifts and celebration. Sakshi was very happy, she felt happier after becoming a mom and Dev couldn't be any happier seeing her happy.  

2 Years Later: 

The sound of the doorbell was heard, and a tiny creature named 'Dakshit' ran with his little legs as he knows his dada arrives at this time, he waited patiently for his mama to open the door. Sakshi chuckled seeing him so excited, she picked him up and opened the door, as soon as Dakshit saw Dev he squeaked in happiness showing a cute smile with giggles Dev also smiled widely upon seeing him, he took him in his arms kissing his whole face. 

Dev: "My baby I missed you so much!! you missed me buddy?" 

He did a little nod then kissed his cheek. 

Dev: "Aww my bun" 

He pulled Sakshi to him and kissed her cheek. 

Dev: "Hey Love" 

Sakshi: "Hey!!" 

Dev: "He troubled you a lot?" 

Sakshi: "Whose son he is after all?" 

He chuckled and nodded, looking at him. 

Dev: "Bun you troubled mama?" 

He looked at him with wide eyes nodding as a no with his head and finger. They both laughed seeing his expression. 

Sakshi: "Yes you didn't my baby is a good boy right?" 

He nodded with shyness. 

Dev: "He blushes and gets shy exactly like you" 

He said and kissed her forehead. 

Sakshi: "Yes like mama like baby" 

He giggled playing with his tie. 

Sakshi: "Go get freshen, I'll heat the dinner" 

He nodded, Sakshi took him in her arms and went to the kitchen. Later they both had dinner then went to their room for sleeping. They lied down with Dakshit sitting in the middle playing with his toys, he nibbled on the toy. 

Sakshi: "No baby bad boy" 

She removed it from his mouth, he groaned but played with other things. They admired him being the happiest on earth. 

Dev: "I'm so happy to have him, you gave me the best gift Sakshi thank you so much" 

He kissed her hand. He cuddled with her while he was playing because he knows once he falls on the bed, he will not leave Sakshi at all, all day he can be with Dev but when night comes, he needs Sakshi. 

Dev: "I love you my love, thank you for marrying me, making me your husband and making a family with me and giving me the best gift"  

He says this every day to her. 

Sakshi: "I'm glad I married you too I love you...arrange marriages are not bad" 

He chuckled and kissed her lips with passion while Dakshit tried to peak in and get a view. They laughed seeing him. 

Dev: "we love you too buddy" 

He blushed and giggled. 

Dev: "Thank you lord" 

He said looking at his universe.
