Sakshi: "I'll go get some water" 

she got up and walked away wiping her tears. 

Preeti: "Arav mujhe apse kuch khena hai" 

Arav: "Bolo" 

Preeti: "Sakshi Bhabhi pregnant Hai...hume kuch karna padega...it can affect the baby" 

His eyes widen hearing the news but later understood what Preeti meant. Meanwhile Sakshi went to the washroom and cried her heart out. 

Sakshi: "What do I do? I can't understand anything! why this had to happen to us only" 

she digged her face in her palms and cried like no one is seeing. 

Sakshi: "Dev ko kuch hogaya toh mera kya hoga....humare bache ka kya hoga" 

The negative thoughts scared her like hell, she wasn't in the state of thinking or talking. Just then she got a call from her brother while crying she informed him everything, he got worried and said he's coming. After a while Sakshi controlled herself and came out going to 7th floor. she made Mrs. Rajput drink water by that time Mr. Rajput and Akash arrived. Her family also came and consoled the Rajput's. The doctors came out she rushed to the one from before and asked about her husband. 

Dr.: "For now we are keeping him in the ICU under observation, a plaster is on his left hand and the blood is being transferred" 

Sakshi: "He'll be okay right?" 

Dr.: "Look Mrs. Rajput, I don't want to give you false hope..the truth is if he doesn't gain his consciousness within 24 hours, he might go in coma...if he goes in coma we don't know when he'll wake up it might take decades" 

He went away saying that. Sakshi was left speechless on what she heard she wasn't having any of it. She didn't know what to do. Her dad came to her side and consoled her but once again she broke down in tears hugging him and crying hard like a small girl. 

Mr. Sharma: "Kuch nahi hoga Dev ko vo jaldi theek ho jayega usne mujhe vaada diya hai ki vo humesha tumahre sath rahega" 

Sakshi: "Mujhe daar lag raha hai papa...kuch samaj nahi araha" 

Mr. Sharma: "Hum sba hai na beta ro mat itna Dev ko acha nahi lagay ga" 

After few minutes Preeti came and sat beside her making her drink some water. 

Preeti: "Bhabhi tohdi dare aram kar ligiye...baby par asar karega" 

she nodded drinking some water and closing her eyes but still she was not at peace. She just prayed and prayed to God that he should be all fine. The doctors were checking up on him time to time. 

Sakshi: "Doctor can I meet him?" 

Dr.: "Yes but only 5 minutes" 

she nodded going inside. 

Sakshi's Pov: 

I pushed the door open and came inside to see Dev lying on the bed with wires attached to his body, a plaster on his left hand, a cloth tied on his forehead. I not at all liked seeing him like this I was about to cry again but controlled myself. I sat beside him taking his hand in mine. I admired him with slight tears in my eyes. 

Sakshi: "Kyu aap ase kar rahe hai? apko acha lag raha hai ye sab?" 

I started crying silently. 

Sakshi: "Mein kitni kush thi jab aap arahe the aaj...par...mujhe apse ase nahi milna tha Dev...Please jaldi theek ho jaiye mujhe apko ase dekhna acha nahi lag raha...apne hi toh kaha tha mere birthday par ki hum dono ase hi har din ek sath kushi aur pyaar ke saath rahenge agar aap hi nahi hotoh mein kya celebrate karu Dev? Humne ek dusre se promise kiya tha na ki hum humesha ek sath rahenge...apne kaha aap mujhe kabhi nahi chodenge phir kyu Dev?" 

I cried and cried.  

Sakshi: "Apne kaha tha ki mujhe aap kabhi rote huiye nahi dekhna chahate phir kyu aap mujhe ase rula rehe hai Dev?..please uth jaiye apke bina mein kuch nahi kar sakti please Dev mere sath ase mat kijiye please" 

I stared at his face whose eyes were closed I'm talking and removing all my feelings to him who is unconscious. 

Sakshi: "Mujhe apko kuch zaruri baat batani hai...Dev aap-" 

I was cut off by the nurse who told my time is up and I need to go out I nodded getting up seeing him for one last time before coming out. 

LATER: 

By now only 4 people were outside the ICU, Arav said them to go and not worry about Dev. The doctor came out after checking up on him for the last time before going to home. 

Dr.: "There's good news for you all!! Mr. Dev has regained his consciousness!!" 

Sakshi's eyes widen hearing the news, happy tears were coming out from her eyes she thanked the doctor, he also informed them about his health status, which is totally normal now, he then granted them the permission to meet Dev. Everyone went inside the room he's been shifted to. A nurse was changing the blood drip bottle. {sorry! idk what's it called} His eyes came across everyone but stopped at Sakshi's beautiful brown ones. The nurse then left giving them privacy. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Ab kaise lag raha hai Dev?" 

she caressed his face and kissed his forehead. 

Dev: "I feel better now ma..don't cry" 

He wiped her tears smiling at her. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Mujhse zada toh Sakshi ro rahi thi" 

His eyes looked at her she stood there looking down. 

Mrs. Rajput: "Tune bohot daraya Sakshi ko Dev"

Dev: "Mafi mangluga ma" 

Arav: "Bhai you want to eat something?" 

Dev: "No I'm fine Arav" 

After some time, everyone went out giving them some alone time. Dev pulled her hand and called her to his side. 

Dev: "Naraz ho?" 

she nodded still not looking into his eyes. He smiled gently then lifted her chin up with his fingers to see tears in her eyes which started coming out as soon as they made eye contact. 

Dev: "I am sorry Sakshi" 

But she didn't listen to him and just kept crying. 

Dev: "Mein ne itna daraya tumhe?" 

Sakshi: "Aap bohot bure ho...mujhe laga mein apko kho dungi" 

He chuckled and pulled her in a gentle hug. 

Dev: "I am so sorry Sakshi, but I'm all fine now look, and I won't go anywhere leaving you my love" 

He showered her with kisses. 

Dev: "Don't cry now enough of crying...you know how much it broke my heart to hear how much you were crying" 

Sakshi: "I love you Dev" 

she hugged him crying once again. 

Dev: "I love you too baby" 

He cried a little too knowing how much he mattered to her. Sakshi wiped his tears smiling at him. 

Dev: "I'm sorry baby" 

she nodded as a no then kissed his lips.
