CHAPTER 30

I still have a fever but I quite feel better na naman kaya satingin ko it'll be alright to face the Crown Prince.

Hindi ko alam kung anong nasa isip ng lalaking 'yun at talagang pinuntahan niya pa ako dito sa bahay namin.

I am hundred percent sure that father is confused right now.

"I heard you're currently unwell." Kienjohn suddenly said habang naglalakad kami papunta sa receiving room kung nasaan ngayon ang mahal na prinsipe.

"Pa'no mo nalaman?" tanong ko naman sa kaniya.

"Sa personal butler mo." sagot niya naman, "You look pale, kaya nagtanong ako." he added.

"Oh, I'm good now. A bit better than the other day." sabi ko naman sa kaniya, "I was just about to write a reply that's why I was at my study table, but you suddenly came, and told me that the Crown Prince is currently in my house."

"I just delivered the letter yesterday, I thought it was a letter to notify you that the Crown Prince is visiting..." aniya naman bigla kaya napasulyap ako sa kaniya.

I chuckled, "I think it was, hindi ko lang na intindihan." sambit ko naman.

Although it wasn't written there, pero ngayon na iisip ko, I should have replied yesterday as soon as possible kung ano 'yung sagot ko sa message niya. Kasi I remember, he wrote there na he will visit me pag hindi ako nag reply. Ibang klase talaga ang pag iisip ng lalaking 'yun.

"Young master, good morning." sir Hibler was the first person I saw na nasa labas ng receiving room., "They're waiting for you." aniya as he opened the door for me.

"Thank you." I just simply mumbled and pumasok na sa loob.

Agad na nakita ko si Walter together with father na nakaupo sa couch.

Agad rin silang napatingin sa akin.

"Greetings to the sun of the Empire. Have you been well, your highness?" I politely greeted him.

"Good morning, father." as well as of course my father who seems in the mood, tumayo siya as soon as makita ako.

"Good thing you're already here, Daniel." father delightfully said at lumapit pa sa akin, "The Crown Prince is waiting for you. He said he has something to discuss with you." aniya at ipinatong pa ang kamay niya sa balikat ko.

"Good to see you again, Daniel." Walter said with a slight smile on his lips.

"Likewise, your highness." sambit ko naman habang nakatingin sa kaniya.

"Uhm, then I think I'll go ahead." biglang sambit naman ng tatay ko, "Please feel at home, your highness. I'll be just in my office, if you both need something, Hibler's there to provide whatever you want. So, please excuse me." aniya, he even tapped my shoulder before leaving the room.
