I feel so frustrated right now. I shouldn't have left them there, I should have stayed dahil baka kung anong gawin ni Princess Yvonne, knowing Daniel she will never go against a person with higher status than her. Damn, pero hindi ko kayang marinig ang pinag-uusapan nila.

He's like a brother and a friend to me, nothing else. Damn it! Her words keep echoing in my ear. I couldn't help but tightly grip the wine glass I'm holding.

"Crown Prince, you seem not in the mood." biglang may nagsalita sa left side ko so I glanced at him. It's the damn annoying brat Mikhael Arkanza.

"Chill, your cold stares hurts my ego." aniya as he chuckled.

"Tsss..."

"What's with the scary face, your highness? Aren't you enjoying the party?" tanong niya naman, hindi naman ako sumagot and just coldly glanced at him which made him laugh.

"By the way, have you seen the young Count, I mean Daniel? I greeted him earlier, but now I don't know where he is." he suddenly said.

"Why are you just casually mentioning his name." I coldly mumbled as I coldly glanced at him again.

"Oh, of course we're friends." nakangiti niyang sagot, "I forgot to invite him this coming week, it's my birthday—"

"Forget about that, he won't accept your invitation." agad na sabi ko without letting him finish his words, and as I turned my back at him, putting my glass in the table, and leaving him hanging at the buffet area.

There are too many insects clinging around Daniel. Tsk! I have to resolve these thoughts, if not, baka mabaliw ako.

I was about to go out when I saw Princess Yvonne entering in the opposite door way. She looks irritated pero nong may nakasalubong siyang bisita ay bigla siyang ngumiti. Tsk, she too knows how to act nice. Napailing at napatingin nalang naman ako sa harapan ko, it's the hallway palabas ng hall, since marami ang pintoan dito, I wonder if Daniel is still there? ano kaya ang nangyari.

"Your highness," Napalingon naman ako sa likuran ko when I heard Kienjohn's voice.

He simply bow his head, "Sorry to interrupt you, but the Imperial Knights are asking if we'll seize the criminals tomorrow? They want a clear command."

Sighed, It's already time, huh. "Tell the commanders to meet me at my palace after this party."

"Noted." agad na sagot niya naman, then he bowed his head and made his exit. I sighed once again at muling tumingin sa hallway na palabas ng hall. I have to settle my matters firsts before anything else. I need to talk to Daniel.
