Chapter Three

"Finally, the hell is here!"

Sitting on the chair in front of the large mirror, I stared at my reflection. Not gonna lie, I've always thought I looked pretty, but today, in this white gown, I look even prettier. The jewelry adds an extra glow, but honestly, what's the use of all this? At the end of the day, I'm going to that asshole's house, and I really don't care about him

"Y/N, are you ready?"

I turned around to see both my siblings, Eun-Ha and Eun-Jun entering the makeup room. Eun-Ha asked if I was ready, I wished I could tell her I wasn't ready at all, but all I did was nod

"Let's go, then" My brother said, taking my hand to help me stand. He then intertwined his arm with mine

"There's still some time left, Y/N. Please, say no if you don't want this marriage" Eun-Ha's desperate eyes begged me, but I just sighed, glancing at Eun-Jun. His face was as emotionless as ever

"I'm okay with this marriage, unnie. Don't worry" I gave her a small reassuring smile

"We should go now" he said, and we soon began walking toward the aisle

As the big doors in front of us opened, I took a deep breath, closing my eyes lightly. It was time for me to enter, and now I understood it wasn't as easy as it sounded. I was nervous deep down, honestly nervousness was one of the feeling I never felt before, but despite the feeling I stayed calm and natural, like everything around me wasn't affecting me at all

"Let's go" he said again, his voice surprisingly soft, almost encouraging instead of demanding, like usual. I opened my eyes and looked at him, startled by the rare tone

"What? Why are you staring at me like that?" There returned his usual aggressive tone, making me want to glare at him "Jerk!" I muttered, loud enough for him to hear "Whatever!"

As we walked down the aisle, I glanced around. Thankfully, there weren't many people here, it was just a simple church wedding with a few family members from both sides

With another deep sigh, I looked ahead, where another jerk stood in a expensive suit

'Fuck! Why is my life full of jerks?!'

Standing on the stage, I was waiting for my bride to show up so we could finish this marriage shit as soon as possible. It was really irritating and I started feeling headache coming already

"It's time for the bride to enter" the priest announced in no time, making me exhale heavily. Finally, it was going to be over in a few moments, and I could drop the fake smile I had been wearing for everyone here

As the large doors opened, I looked in that direction, only for my jaw to drop. My bride had just arrived with Eun-Jun beside her

I already knew she was beautiful, but today, in that white gown and soft makeup, she looked like a pure goddess

To be honest, I had imagined her looking nervous and soft, at least today. But there she was, walking with confidence, her piercing eyes fixed on me, as if like she was glaring

'God, this girl won't be easy to handle... but again this type is my true ideal type. They look easy, but inside they're the toughest ones!'

As Y/N and her brother approached the stage, I snapped out of my thoughts, and reached out, taking her hand to help her step onto the stage

"Take care of her" her brother said flatly, leaving us there on stage to join his family

Soon the priest began the ceremony, and we stood in the middle of stage, facing each other
