"Come on, I don't want to be late, if Jin gives me a lecture, I won't be able to work half the day, because as soon as he's done ranting, he'll tell me about his crush for hours..." I urged Jungkook to hurry. Yoongi looked at us pityingly, at me because I didn't even have peace from Jungkook at work and at Jungkook because he was about to meet Jin.
"See you later baby." I gave Yoongi a quick kiss on the lips and then pulled Jungkook behind me to the underground parking garage of our apartment building. In the elevator, he looked at me expectantly.
"Can I drive..." he started, but I immediately choked him off.
"No." He looked at me sulkily, but he couldn't melt my heart with that, I was already annoyed enough to have to take him with me. Grinning spitefully because I wouldn't let him drive, I started my Porsche, which I had bought with my commission for Yoongi's third book, and drove to work.
At the publishing house building, I showed Jungkook the desk in the open-plan office where we housed the interns, gave him lots of files to scan and was about to go to my own office when Hoseok came out of Jin's boss's office and greeted me warmly.
"Good morning, Y/N. Did you have a good weekend? Kookie?" Hobi looked from me to Jungkook in astonishment as he was about to start the PC. I turned around and saw Jungkook's shocked face as Hobi rushed past me and pulled Jungkook into a tight hug.
"My little Kooks...I missed you...what are you doing in Seoul?" he bombarded the younger boy and I stared at them curiously.
"Hobi hyung..." came from Jungkook, his eyes filled with tears and he returned the hug almost desperately.
"You know each other?" I asked, although I briefly considered not interrupting the touching moment, but curiosity won out.
"Yes, Hobi and Taehyung were a couple for five years... I haven't seen him for two years." Jungkook replied sniffling and again he looked innocent, like a baby. I was overwhelmed by his quick personality changes. Sometimes I wanted to put him over my knee, and sometimes I just wanted to hug him... But the information he just gave me made my eyes widen.
"Yes, that's right... Unfortunately, we broke up two years ago and we lost contact... How is Taehyung doing? Is he here too?" Hoseok wanted to know.
"He's fine hyung... He has overcome it. Yes, he's here in Seoul too, we moved here recently because he had a job offer here and I can study at a better university." Jungkook now explained.
"What's going on here? Why isn't anyone working?" we heard Jin, who had joined us, probably because he had seen everything through the glass pane that separated his office from the room here. He looked pretty jealous.
"Jin, this is Jungkook, my husband... He comes to work with me from time to time so he doesn't get up to any mischief at home." After I dropped the bombshell, both Hoseok and Jin's jaws dropped.
"Your husband?" Jin asked in shock.
"Kooks... you got married? But... Isn't she easily three years older than you?" Hoseok seemed completely confused.
"Actually, she's four years older... but look how cute she is." Jungkook said with a pout and I rolled my eyes.
"But... oh no... what about Yoongi? Are we still allowed to publish his books? He's our best author... and hey.... why wasn't I, as your best friend, at your wedding?" offended, Jin flicked my forehead, causing me to glare at Jungkook, since he was the only one to blame.
"There's nothing wrong with Yoongi, honestly, we didn't have a real wedding, Jungkook probably thought it would be a good pickup line to ring my doorbell and say I was his wife.... he registered our marriage without me knowing..." i complained and Hobi's look became concerned.
"Kookie... you had it so well under control already... what happened? Are you not going to therapy anymore?"
