"So what are we gonna do? We have freak of nature roaming the halls actively hunting us. The only way out is a set of stairs locked up tight that requires 3 keys that we don't even know the locations of and we are the only 3 left in the whole damn place" Luna was worried and agitated.
"Well from what I'm seeing here is that the 3 keys were entrusted to a single entity deep in a section of the facility on this floor. The section was sealed off due to it being over run by a new type of Furnetic not yet documented due to their hostile nature. The section was a breeding and holding area for common Furnetic types simply named Hyperbolia" Jack was reading through a terminal that held documents and emails.
"Than we go head first into it to obtain these keys and get the fuck out of here, tired of this damn place." Fenrir was his usual grumpy self.
"He's right, if we want out we gotta go head first into Hyperbolia and obtain those keys" Jack looked up from the terminal.
"But what about that freak of nature?" Luna asked.
"If it comes down to it we'll have to figure out a way to fight him, but I doubt he will follow us into Hyperbolia since he would be outnumbered by Furnetics even he hasn't seen" Jack responded picking up his great sword. "But one thing that worrys me is the lack of medical supplies to help us out with any injuries"
"I know healing magic..." Luna sheepishly admitted.
"Wait... since when?" Jack looked at her in confusion.
"Well... ever since I was forced to be a Furnetic..." Luna scratched the back of her head.
"Well that works out in our favor. I already released the electronic locks on the door leading into Hyperbolia so we are good to go" Jack led the party to the entrance to Hyperbolia. They were met with almost an air lock like entrance and as they passed through it they were met with a place so large it went on for miles. It was almost like they stepped outside, rolling plains that met lakes, ponds and even snowy mountain tops.
"Holy shit..." Jack was in awe at the sight.
"Who knew that such a place existed" Luna was marveled by its beauty.
"We don't have time to waste, come on." Jack took point and their fight through the Hyperbolia began.
As they came over a hill a small group of Furnetics that were like sheep spotted them and ran off, not wanting conflict while a couple of coyote like Furnetics charged them initiating a fight. Jack agroed them and as they turned their attention to Jack and began clashing with him, Fenrir and Luna began casting spells to deal damage and after a bit they were finished off and they kept moving. They made their way through the rolling plains, around lakes, through small forests and as they neared the location of the entity who held the keys they climed the snowy mountain up to its tip and across a series of platforms that led above the clouds eventually come to a sleeping dragon.
The dragon awoke eyeing them "Who dareth awaken thee from thy slumber?" It bellowed. The dragon was as large as a house and its scales were a beautiful white that gave a rainbow like shine as if looking through a prism.
"Are you the holder of the keys to freedom?" Jack asked politely.
"I am, who asketh?" The dragon asked.
"My name is Jack and these two are Luna and Fenrir, we seek the keys to freedom so we may leave this place back to our home. What is your name? If you don't mind me asking" Jack answered.
"Such manners from a mere mortal... Fine, I will amuse thee. Thy name is Bahamut, I am the guardian of these lands. I am neither hostile nor friendly, if you seek thy keys of freedom your mettle will be tested. If you past thy test, you shall be free of this domain, fail and you will become a snack for thee" Bahamut stood up ready to test the trio of thier might.
The clouds began stir and rose up covering the area with a soft rain fall. Bahamut roared, the roar loud and powerful to the point the trio could feel it in their bones.
Jack agroed Bahamut pulling his attention to him as the usualy spells were cast. Bahamut after a bit flew into the air and  disappeared into the clouds. Jack motioned for everyone to get behind him and as Bahamut flew out of the clouds he breathed an icy cold breath that froze the very rain and the battlefield making it slippery. Jack endured most of the damage from the attack and Luna cast cure healing him of the wounds making sure he could still fight. Bahamut landed back on the battlefield, the wind and rain picking up as the battle intensified. Bahamut slashed at Jack and Jack blocked the attack so he wouldn't take as much damage. Luna cast protect on the party to help lessen damage received. The fight raged as well as the rain fall and wind, their struggle a rough one till eventually Bahamut spoke.
"Enough... You three are worthy of my blessing and the keys to freedom" Bahamut bestowed upon them the keys and another item that was like an orb, it was blue like icy and had a bit of a cold touch to it.
"What is this?" Jack asked.
"It is a summoning orb, use it to call upon my power in battle" Bahamut replied before laying back down. "Now go, hero of legend, the world waits for no one" and without further elaboration on what he ment by Hero of Legend, Bahamut returned to his slumber.
