^Golden Child's Bae Seungmin, who is casted as one of Suyeon's older brothers!
...
"Hey! Can you... accompany me today? I plan to go visit my brother today, and well, you know... to keep Hyunjin from hurting you again, I figured it would be best to stick together," Suyeon ended up suggesting to Death the next day, over a light breakfast that she managed to make despite how late she woke up.
"... Didn't you visit your brother yesterday?" Youngtaek then asks in return after a moment.
And it doesn't take long before Suyeon replies. "Oh, that was a different one. The brother I visited yesterday was Seunghyun, the oldest. The one I plan to visit today is Seungmin. He's kinda like, well... the closest thing I've ever had to what an actual sibling is like..."
. . .
In total, Bae Suyeon has three brothers, all of which are older than her. Sisters? She has none. Though, that would probably be for the best.
After all, coming from a bloodline that never really had much respect for women, Suyeon had often been ignored or underestimated since she was a child. One factor which ultimately led to her having an almost non-existent relationship with her father...
And somewhat, with some of her brothers, too.
Bae Seungmin, the second youngest, is two years old than Suyeon. Other than Suyeon, he's the only one among the siblings who's still single, and he works as a teacher at a local high school. Having a warm and smiley personality, he's often the favorite of the students. And with that personality, he also managed to be the only one among the brothers who actually has a decent relationship with Suyeon. Thus, he's the one Suyeon often calls for help with family matters.
On the other hand, Bae Suhyun is 6 years older than Suyeon, and the second oldest among the siblings. A successful engineer and engaged to a lovely kindergarten teacher, Suhyun is the brother that Suyeon often looks up to and sees as an example. Still, even though Suyeon may feel that way about him (and Suhyun does know), they're not really the closest, and they only often talk when they actually meet face-to-face or on the phone.
And then there's... the oldest.
Bae Seunghyun, 10 years older than Suyeon is as close to her as two magnets of similar poles. Married with two kids, and a businessman who owns two apartment buildings, he would naturally end up being the brother often compared to Suyeon. And either he let it get to his head, or he was just doing what oldest siblings always did, but the way he looked at Suyeon almost always scared her.
Seunghyun, however, was also the one whose house their mother decided to stay in after their father's death. And so as much as Suyeon wanted to avoid him, it's not like she could just abandon her mother and not check on her...
That's how she ended up in Seunghyun's house the other day.

"You must not have a good relationship with your family," Youngtaek comments as he gets off the taxi before helping Suyeon out of it.
"Well... I guess you could say that," Suyeon responds as she gets out. In the past fifteen minutes on their way to Seungmin's studio apartment, she had told Youngtaek of her brothers, even including how close she really is to them.
And Youngtaek, somehow, understood it all rather quickly.
Now, they both stand in front of the apartment building Suyeon's youngest brother lives in, and as Suyeon looks up at it, up to the fifth floor where her brother lives, a faint smile forms on her face as the thought of seeing him again slowly makes her nervous.
