I pull the last suitcase out of the back, allowing it to fall onto its wheels.
A leg swipes under the car and I step back allowing for the sensors to go off.
"Them know we a come?" I shake my head, pulling the heavy load behind me.

I gift her a smile, stepping inside when she shifts to the side, inviting us in.
"Good morning," I tell her and she returns my smile, crinkles at the side of her eyes.
Nuh know if the smile is supposed to come off as genuine or if she is being sarcastic
She exhales a sigh as we stand awkwardly in the middle of her living room.
Her hands wipe in the apron she has on. "How was your flight?" her question comes with her walking off.
Dante and I share a look with a slight turn of my head.
He gives me a knowing look and I relax
