Bounty

Martha and Satomi had teleported back to the Base and sat down on the computer in Martha's room.

"We set up a bounty for every bit of useful information and World Serpent member caught alive. Money isn't an issue and who is better to find criminals then criminals themself?" Martha explained as she typed in the informations.

"What about the people who are inprisoned by Schicksal?" Satomi asked. "We have to do that more subtle to stay under their radar. Well we have to expect that they will be able to track it back to us eventually, but the later the better." Satomi said.

"The bounty is mostly to get information on them. Once we have enough we can deduce the location of a base. Don't forget, there is always a loose end." Martha said and continued typing.

"Sounds reasonable, but how come I never saw the website you are using?" Satomi questioned.

"This one is filled with pro's of all fields, only the best are on this and what we need is the best." Martha said. Her typing stopped as she coughed into her ellbow. Satomi gently tapped Martha's back to make it go away.

"How high should we put the bounty?" Martha asked once the coughin fit stopped. They had to be mindful with their budget since they where working with their own money.

"Uh, 200K for information that give us a clear lead, 700K for the location of a base, and 100.000.000 for a World Serpent member." Satomi said.

"Yeah that sounds attractive." Martha agreed.

"Oh but let's only take the World Serpent members if they are alive and without permanent injurys." Satomi said. Martha raised and eyebrow.

"I highly doubt anyone will be able to capture Raiden Mei." The Captain said.

"Of course they won't, but if anyone should cripple one of their members it is us. Mei's the exeption of course." Satomi said with a smile. She put her hands behind her back as she imagined her revenge for Jackal.

"...Satomi what the fuck." Martha said and rubbed her eyes.

An hour later Satomi went back to Einstein to show her the results of her investigation and present her theory.

"The events that we can't explain are most likely caused by the same someone who had left the thearte card. If we keep an eye open for sudden Honkai sparks it would bring us closer to solving this mistery." Satomi explained.

Einstein looked at the theatre card.
"I understand where you come from, and it does make sence if we leave out the question for the purpose and how they have access to high security places. I'll notify Tesla and ask her what she is thinking about this." The scientist said.

Satomi nodded. She left the lab as if in a hurry.

Hours later Einstein finaly was able to get Tesla to pick up her comm. The lobster head listened to Satomi's theory and thought it over.

"If she is right we face someone who is not only able to teleport in a similar fashion like Kiana and Satomi, they also cause for chaos all around the world. A bit fitting to describe a Herrscher if you ask me." Einstein said.

"Yeah but that means that we may have hundrets, if not thousands of these cases on our hand! And do you realy think the Mech incident wasn't just a setup! I swear that one guy here is so against Kiana being in Salt Lake that I start to think he is with Schicksal!" Tesla said.

"Otto is still missing, but I can send Satomi over to investigate." Einstein proposed.

"Can't you send Martha, Satomi is a bit too exited to threaten these politicians...you know what send Satomi. At least with her there will be quicker results!" Tesla said.
