With that she finished the call. She turned to me, only to spot me having the last bite.
You can't blame me. The food was really good. I quickly munched the last bite, as I gave her an awkward smile.
Screw it, Kartikkk!!! Kya kiya. Bhukkad kahi ka!
"I am sorry.. Woh I.. I am really sorry! ", I was mumbling, when she smiled. Her smile, its the best. " It's okay! ", she said in her sweet voice.
"Par I ate your lunch! I am really sorry! ", I again apologized. " It's okay! ", she again assured.
" Par you said you were hungry! ", I pointed it out. " Let's go to the canteen, I'll buy you something! ", I said it out after a thought. " No, no it's fine. Mera pet jaldi bhar jata hai. And I am no more hungry! ", she said. " Sachhi!! ", she further added, giving those cute eyes. (My stomach gets filled easily. Really)
I was still embarrassed. Asa kasa khau shaktosh tu Kartik! Pan kai karu, jevn hotach itka chan.

" Shrinidhi Jadhav! ", she introduced herself, after moments of silence. Damn I know, Shri!
" Kartik! ", I did the formal thing too, if that's what she wants. "I know! ", the words left her mouth in no time. " I mean.. Woh aap, Unit 1 mei hai na, aur humari batch bhi, Unit 1 me hoti hai, so! ", she looked cute, providing the explanation. (I mean.. You are in Unit 1 na, and our batch is also in unit 1 so!)
Silence followed.
" Waise, you look happy! ", I pointed it out, yeah ever since the call, she seemed happy.
" Woh, actually humari class aur practical dono cancel ho gaye so! ", she replied happily. (That actually our class and practical both are cancelled. So!)

" Toh.. What are your plans? Now that you are free for the day? ", I questioned.
" Umm nothing much, matlab ab exams bhi nahi hai, and I can't study without pressure, so mostly hostel mei jakar so jaungi! ", she replied honestly. (Umm.. Nothing much! I mean the exams are not near the corner and I can't study without pressure, so I'll sleep in the hostel mostly! )

After a little of self motivation, I finally said, " Why don't you join me! Matlab I was thinking of going out, so you can! I mean if you want to! ".
